Looking to sell my zed in about six months time.

 

It's a 1991 UK TT Auto in yellow.

 

Its had new turbos and has done 101k

When i come to sell it will probably have a new box too!

 

Quick list of things i have done or will be finished by the time i sell it (matter of fitting only)

 

Poly bushes on front tension rods and many other bushes replaced

I think thats all the aftermarket stuff, when i bought the car i spent thousands of pouns getting it as good as can be before i started modding it.

 

Absoluely NO expense spared service and maintianence wise.

 

Have all recipts to prove all work carried out- very big file but makes me happy because i know my cars in good condition.

 

Only thing wrong with the car really is a scab of rust on the drivers side sill near the rear wheel arch.

 

Im the 3rd owner.

Well without ever seeing it etc etc,lets say

£7500,give or take a tad!nice loads of mods i must say, must of cost the earth!

You will never get anywhere near as much as you spend modding it unfortunatly.

Basically the way i see it my zed is 11 years old.

 

If i buy an R-33 GTR on an R-plate (98) for the registrationalally uneducated or just plain forgetfull and keep the car for a few years im going to have far less problems with it.

 

Dont get me wrong the zed is a great car and i love mine to bitz but its getting to that difficult age now.

 

Oh FFS!!! i really dont know now!!!

Yeah I love Skylarks but me and Macca both agreed that the only one we(personally) would have is an R34 V-Spec.

 

I respect all Jap cars and love them all but at the end of the day I have pumped so much green into my car that I could never sell mate.

 

Also when we were up at Demon Tweeks a few weeks back there was about five of us there in Z's. Guy pulls up in a white R33 GT-R and all the other car owners didn't blink an eye, they were more interested in the 300's.

 

As I said matey I would love to own both, that is a dream though. I took me Bro with me years ago to look at an R33 GTS-T and he said it looked shite! He loves 300's though, he was the one who got me started on the idea of getting one. However looking back on it I wish he'd got one and not me! ROFL I blame him.

I think Leigh and Rick maybe able to advise on importing a late model Z32(I think the last models maybe due there "Shaken" which is like a tough MOT with taxes and stuff).

 

Or check www.bestjapancar.com as they seem quite good(I belive some of the guys on the GTR site have used them).

There was a guy down at the first SE open day last year with a very late Z. Think it had about 10K on the clock.

 

Was oh so mint underneath when Pete put it up on the lift.

 

Canadian guy if I remember rightly.

 

I'd love a really mint new one too.

Yep thats right my duplicate friend R34 V spec is the only one I would have,and yes I do have the cash to go out and buy a brand new one.

But IMHO Skylines have the look and styling of a Ford Mondeo LOL .

Ok I will rephrase that IMHO a Skyline looks like a family car and has the fine shape of a house brick and is also real ugly.
