I´m looking for a widebodykit that doesn´t look "like too much".

I like the strosek one (I own a strosek front), but strosek is

pretty expensive.

The widebodykits I know have very agressive rear skirts, I don´t like that.

Anyone an idea for me?

dont think mine is either.....

didnt you chop all yours y'self Stella?

top job!

I've always prefered something with arches but no vents. I don't really like vents, (unless they have a good argument for functionality) and TBH, the Strosek vents don't really do anything. If I had a Strosek kit, the vents would be smoothed out.

This is by far my favourite wide arch Z32. It's a custom job unfortunately, so it's not going to be cheap. This is 'Collegeboys' car from the US forum. Looks absolutely perfect with the Escort racing fascia and Kaminari rear. Makes the most of the car's original body lines, with a bit of beefing up.

Zcentre do copies of the Strosek Widearch kit, but at much cheaper prices. Nearly all of Strosek kits in the UK are Zcentre copies.

I like the grey one...

So StellaZ and Jay, I like your kits pretty much, thats the way it should look.

What are your parts called? Sideskirts and rear skirts?

How much more are they each side? 1 inch?

By the way: Are all wide arches unable to fit the original rear skirt (or could it fit with

a little work)?

Thanks for your help, Patrick

StellaZ and Jay's are both Strosek copies from Zcentre and this are jays skirts - http://www.zcentre.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=21_22_36&products_id=89

When fitting widearch kit you need to fit a widearch rear bumper/skirt as well, otherwise the bumper looks stretched and it looks really bad,

Edited by Yowser

yeah - my rear bumper is a wings west and its not for the wide arch kit - whoever moulded it tho done a good job I think tho as I never knew when I bought it.....

pity you werent subscribed, i have a write up on the whole fitting of my body kit with pics, its in my journal, registered users aint permitted to see it thouigh

As an austrian, I thought I have no advances with an subscription,

Also my english isn´t as good, so I didn´t quite understand what it means and

where´s the profit for me (hope, my english did match what I mean to say :))

Just one question please: The kit is 2inch wider per side? I have 9,5x18, fits good

now. I do 2inch distances then. Isn´t that really bad for the "rear axle"?

Don´t wanna fit new rims, as 11inch wides cost a ........

You fit 60mm wheel spacers, or have -31 offset wheels as I did.

i had these spacers made for my 9.5 rears, my mate made them from a copy of another members spacer

Thanks, StellaZ!

Hi FunkySi, I live in upper-Austria, between Salzburg and Linz (the new culture capital

of europe :))

A more worthy place as a Capital of culture over Liverpool! Nice area. I've been to Saltzburg a few times. Long time ago though. You are close to the south east German boarder then. My sister lives in Munich and often gets the train to Austria to go Skiing. I think it's under 1hr by train, so pretty close. A large proportion of my family are Hungarian, so I've driven through Austria en-route a number of times. My favourite place is a little town called Imst which is not far from Innsbruck.

I´m not sure, but is it possible that we´ve already had talked about that?

You were snowboarding in Tirol a few times, weren´t you?

You did rent a car, when driving through Austria?

No, I haven't been snowboarding, but I've driven through the Austrian Tyrol. I was driving my own car from the UK through the Hungary (Not the Z).

Don't think Stella's Strosek kit is from the ZCentre

oh right, the ones from Russ @ 300zxstyling before he disappeared ?
