watching noels christmass presents, its quite sad to see what people have to go through, its nice to see noel do something that changes peoples lives, giving them the chance to do things they never thought they could do

 

and to top it off, my best mate just rang and told me that his uncle, whom i know has just died of asbestos lung cancer
