Turbo timer?

TBH, I wouldn't bother wasting your money on a turbo timer. Just use your noodle, plan ahead and drive off boost for the last part of your journey. INFINATELY better for the engine than to sit it there idling, which, isn't really very good for it.

    True, i generally do that anyway and let it idle for a couple of minutes or so but there is always that worry at the back of my mind...have i let it cool down enough?

    Driving off boost for the last 3 - 5 minutes of your journey is far more effective though and will allow the oil to flow through the engine and turbos much quicker.
