Going to carry out the above service myself but cant find out what is involved. If anybody knows what work needs to be carried out would be most helpfull.

No replies yet- perhaps it's because most of our Zeds never reach that milestone (pun intended).

The main service is at 120k miles mate.

I dont know how competant a mechanic you are, but plan about 8 hours to do it all.

Since you are based in Germany, I have to ask; do you mean 100k kms (ie 60k miles)?

 

As Nick says the big ones are 60k and 120k miles.......

Nah its a UK car, ive taken it out there as im in the Army. Its got 105000 on the clock but im getting some notchy gearchanges particularly 1st to 2nd. Was gonna just do a major service at the same time before i do some mods and head off to the ring.

As you're not familiar with what is required and what is possible I would strongly suggest you take it to Europe's premier ZX specialist - DTA-Motorsport in Holland. They do every kind of service, build and tuning you could possibly imagine and are extremely well known throughout Europe.
