Get the suspension and wheel/tyres sorted then it will be rapid.

Slicks, better suspension and the right tyre pressures and you're talking a 10 second car there

If the Tipo sort's the chassis/traction out, my money's on the Fiat. Power to weight ;)

 

700bhp in a 900ish kg Tipo, versus 700bhp in a Z at well over 1600kg (fully loaded plus wide arch kit etc.). Do the maths.
