When I bought my zed it had a large bore single exit exhaust. It is really loud and meaty which some people might prefer, but I would prefer a quiet ride.

Is the stock exhaust any good or is it too restrictive?

What after market exhaust is the best compramise between noise and performance?

UPDATE - Just tried to look, from the cats back it looks like a 4" drainpipe all the way back to the tailpipe. On the end is a stainless plaque that says JASMA SR - I couldn't see anything else written on it.
