out of interest does anyone on here use the mini disc format anymore?...i got a sony MD walkman MZ-N505 type R comes with charger & in-car charger and 2 large bags of disc's...some orginal albums in there...manics, george michael, JK & southpark! all in about 100 discs of music...mainly chart stuff, dance and rock etc

 

i got all my music on hard drive / mobile now so anyone interested make me an offer as its just cluttering up the office

Maybe it will become a classic like 8 track!

 

With all the newish phones having media players and large sd cards I dont think many people will still be using minidisks!

i had mini disk i thought they were great the editing off the tracks we good you could edit crap bits out of songs and blend tracks together so easy. i cant belive they didn't take off i guess it was down to sony trying to corner the market again

Yeah i used to edit the rubbish out of songs on mine also and merge.

 

You can do this easy with mp3 as i have used a piece software called acid pro for years
