alloy wheels

hi i have got a set of 19 inch alloys on my car

with 235/35/19 tyres

i think there a horrid ride has anybody else found this

and are 18's better

i no that 18inch tyres are better on the pocket lol :D

265/30/19 on the rear and 235/35/19 on the front.

If your car is stiff and bumpy its your shocks, try finding out whats fitted to the car you may have a cheap set of lowering springs fitted and if thats the case the only way around it is to upgrade the shocks or even the springs.

Looks like you have have wheels designed to fit a FWD car. Equal width and too much negative offset.

oh didnt no there was a differance but is there anyway of finding out what there made for ?

Nope, they won't have been developed for any specific cars. But RWD GT type cars tend to have wider rear wheels and different offset to the fronts. They were probably bought as a tyre/wheel package rather than spec'd up for the car.
