Jan has offered to take over the REO role from myself. although Jan is New to our Club, it has been a part of her life for quite some time, as her Husband (Tonyb) Has been a member for a while, and they both are Zed owners. :) Jan has some ideas ringing around in her head, and I am sure that she will be asking you all for ideas and feed back very soon. Please do your very best to support Jan and the Club by attending meets. this used to be one of the best Meet regions, but has died off over the last few years, so lets make the effort eh? Make the best of whats left of the Summer months. Thanks Jan, and the best of luck with the role. Regards K…

Just completed a 3 day rewiring job {few hours a day after work really}, decided when fitting my new stereo to replace all the power and speaker cables. This was an interesting job as so many panels had to be removed aswell as the rear seats. Fitted a new antenna cable and while all the seats and rear panels were out i also installed a new cable for the rear fogs. I was thinking of either doing a centre panel conversion with the lower two as fogs and the top two as reverse or converting the third break light on the boot lid. last job was refitting my two guages back to their position under the stereo. I hate using sparkie tape so i invested in a g…

Hey everyone, Just thought id let everyone no of a pretty good couple of days down south next weekend. http://www.modifiedmadness.co.uk There is a rolling road, the opportunity to participate in unlimited drag racing for around £30 i think, drifting, and many other things going on. I went last year for a couple of hours (i only live a mile away!) and it was a great atmosphere with various modified cars destroying 911 GT3's, ferraris etc. quite embarrassing for those owners though! Its not the classiest event on the calendar, but its definitely is worth checking out if you can make it. Last year a couple of 300zx's turned up (before i had mine, so wasn…

Hey guys/gals, been so long since I dropped in here, i'm beginning to really miss the z scene this summer, hope some of you are still around, trish ,Dave , anthony etc. I've just started getting back into a bit of work. It is small, but i'm looking to the future, hopefully in a couple of years I will have another z:cool3: Anyone know what happened to my old honey? I saw it (thanks dave) for sale few months back for 2K:sad: Funny how your priorities change but passion never does. I swore last year the whole z thing was out of my system yet here I am, I only meant to have a sneaky look in and leave but end up making a twat out of myself as usual. Anyway I miss y…

"LADIES - START YOUR ENGINES!!" THE UK's FASTEST WOMEN TAKE TO THE TRACK So you think you're a fast driver- a hellish quick biker? There are quite a few women who can show you what 'FAST' is all about. On Saturday and Sunday 24th & 25th July the 'For Ladies That Launch' will be doing their multi-thousand horsepower thing at Warwickshire’s Shakespeare County Raceway drag strip. In cars that make a Ferrari look like it's standing still, and on bikes that claw the air as they smoke away from the line, these ladies prove that the label 'Woman Driver' stands for the highest level of skill, professionalism and sheer thrills you can ever want to see. C…

Hi guys I have just bought a 300zx twin turbo. Having major problems. Doing head gasket change and found that the block is goosed due to pinking does anyone know a good local place to get a block or an engine from, or does anyone have a good condition one that they want to get rid of. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
