Recently I've received cheques from Silverfox, Corvetteman and one other. Unfortunately the paper upon which your addresses (and username) were written blew out of my hand whilst in town and into a puddle, causing all the ink to run and the paper to be ruined. Therefore, Corvetteman & Silverfox - please can you PM me your addresses so that I can send out your car stickers... and If you've sent me a cheque recently (last week or so) and not been upgraded, can you let me know, so that I can work out who the 3rd person is, please. Insurance based question, I need to be a member of an owners club. Aside from "here", in the UK I can only find the Nissan Trubo Owners Club. Now, am I just poor at googling, or is that it? What club do other "Funday" car users belong to here, to qualify for that all important reduction?

hi guys due to buying my first jap impot zed iam going to be joining your club hope to see some of you guys soon. you will see my new car next year going around the car shows as iam a club rep for the maxd car club for modified cars dont worry we are not boy races but old gits who love modifing cars. my old car which i have just sold was a nissan sunny gtir copy was in every mag and top gear, men and motors, and on show at every car show last year.

Hello, I'm new to this site, and I'm thinking about buying a 300 (albeit not until next march) and it looks like a superb source of info! My question is, am I expected to pay the £20 membership fee, or is this ususally only done by members who have purchased a car using a contact from this site? Don't want to be seen as a freeloader thats all! Regards Joe

Firstly can I say I am happy to send the £20 - the feedback I've got on my last two posts is probably worht that easily. I'm 300ZX wheelless but I fear that I may not be by the weekend, why fear - cos the boss will kill me. Great lose my job on Friday buy a high performance car on Monday - there will be questions asked. Not nice ones at that. Back to topic - what does the £20 bring apart from the continued well being of the server and maybe some discounts at the traders not that I intend to mod the car...

Hi, In my efforts to think of ways of expanding the club, along with my other Hobby of sitting alone in the dark:eek: ! I had an Idea! There are many "experts" on tuning, zeds and ex members that could and have contributed more to the forum, than they have given! An example of ths would be Lymon, he always crops up on the difficult question and gives you the answer! A person who may have never even heard of our forum may be Mike Kojima, he has tuned a Zed for Sports Compact Car Magazine in America and he tunes other cars for them as well! He has written many interesting articles on tuning Zeds! Another person is Hairsy he has contributed to the fo…

Would just like to say, that ever since i brought my zed (6 months ago) i have found that this site is excellent for advice, and its god to see some friendly people out there with FINE looking auto's. I'm an extreme newbie and have finally taken photo's of my Z. :D I've just sent me £20 off to subscribe and make it official and feel the need for a picture. Had a look at my user profile and then did some searches with no luck. :( I'm sure it must be simple !! Cheers

What do you get out of paying for subscription as its not that i'm a tight wad but £20 seems a tad excessive if someone only visits every month or so. Thanks

Possibly early days, but any chance I could use the club name to bag a discount on some track day insurance? I.e. does anyone here have a decent (cheap / reliable) contact for some? It's November I need it, so not immediately urget. I need some breakdown cover while I'm at it... any ideas anyone? Obviously I can go find this stuff out myself - I'm just wondering if it's better to do it through the club.
