Here are the minutes as noted by Richard Smith at our club AGM, Sat 8th September 2012 held at JAE, Wicksteed Park, Northampton at 14:30hrs. Committee present: Craig, Richard, Groover, Gary Wilson and Jaikai. 1. Well, time certainly flies - it's been a year since Gary Wilson was voted head moderator by the committee; so with it being JAE 2012 this weekend, the committee has voted for its moderator of the year. And it gives me great pleasure to announce that the committee has given its unanimous support to none other than StellaZ. So as of now, StellaZ is the new head moderator - please join me in thanking Gary Wilson for doing such a great job this last year - and let's all welcome StellaZ as the club's new head moderator. As thread title.... ....I was at JAE today and, on behalf of the committee, I'd like to say a VERY big thank you to Vodkashots for all his hard work in making the event such a success!! Well done Ian; I reckon you've done the club proud!!! We had a great pitch, it was well laid out, the food was very nice - what more can I say.....? Hell, even the sun shone all day:biggrin: We also held our club's AGM this afternoon. Hi all, I have just performed an emergency upgrade of the forum software as a security flaw was discovered recently that could have potentially allowed un authorised access to our systems. This as you guessed was unscheduled and un announced but it was to the benefit of the clubs security. I here fore would like to apologise to our member base if you were accessing the forums after 11:30am and had issues. This upgrade has brought us fully up to date with vbulletins latest release. Theres seems to be some unknown fault with the paypal subscription system in that after you have finnished your payment via paypal you are not automatically activated for a full subscription. If you are resubbing or a new member subbing and have paid by paypal and your status does not change can you please email myself at jaikai@300zx.co.uk with your paypal email address and the transaction id, date and time you paid so that we can trace the payment and manually activate your account. We hope to have this sorted shortly. Thanks again Lee
