Hi All, With the growth of the club and each of our roles becoming busier myself and Ajay have decided to spread our workload! What we need are a couple of people to fill the postions of National events sec and membership sec! With the National events sec, you would be expected to facilitate the clubs representation at the major national events, e.g. Billing, Trax, Japfest and others, that the members feel we need to honour with our presence! Hi, Well it is time to get the ideas rolling about what we want/need for Billing next year! I take it that everyone is in favour of a Marque! I presume we are going to hire one to start with unless some kind soul has a good one to lend us? We will obviously need desks/chairs along with it. I think Joining forms for new members, somebody there to guide them through the recruitment process? When we get a comprehensive buying guide produced we could print copies, and give it to endless number of people who come up saying I have always want to buy one of these! Spoke to Banzai mag a whil ago and I believe they now advertise our site in their Mag. Spoke to TT.net mods and they now have a link to our site on their Forum!!

Am currently in the process of moving house, so am spending a lot of time packing and sorting stuff out. I actually move at the end of this week / this weekend and currently the house does not have a phone line installed. Therefore I will only have net access during quiet moments at work. Hi, Rang Banzai Magazine today to ask about putting the club in their listings and asked if they would write an article on the club! They said if we wanted to write a 100 word piece on the club they would print it in their next issue! So guys if anybody here has any experience at writing articles jump forward, we also need ideas about what to include in the article?

Just to keep everyone informed, the person sorting out the Club Bank Account is now away until the 7th October, so hopefully after that date, things should be sorted and an electronic transfer set up. Also, we are having a meeting on the Saturday of the SE Open Day to go through the budget and then it will be published for the members to see. Thanks.

Members, There has been a lot of talk of late about what should and should not be done with the Club/Forum! So here is your chance to make a difference, we need volunteers to make your forum what you want it to be! So tell us: What you want to do? What skills you have to contribute? How much would this cost? How many man hours would it take? What the effects would be for the club, negative and positive? We will then have a look at project and what you have to offer? Here's your chance to make a difference, your forum needs you!
