It has been brought to the attention of the T.L.O. Officers that a number of people are selling goods on the forum that our official traders’ already sell. Now obviously, our traders pay a fee to have the right to trade their items on the 300zx.co.uk forum, and we, as T.L.O. Officers, have a duty to our traders. These traders have all submitted applications to trade, and through the committee, been given authorization. Neil Randall (shunter) was the only person to put himself forward for the position of Club Secretary before nominations closed on the 30th November. As the Club needs a Secretary to take over from Stuart Waterman (SMW1) the Committee has asked Neil to take on the role until the next AGM and Committee elections. As some of you may have noticed I have been absent from the forum for some time now. This is due to other commitments outside of the club which have taken priority. I have decided to step down as club secretary in order to open up the position to someone else who can dedicate more time to the club as a whole. I have enjoyed most of the time I have spent in the committee and would like to thank all those of you that voted for me as Club Secretary. Just revamped this section, it should make it clearer for people to see when an event is taking place in their area, could the area representatives get in contact with me please so I can give you the appropriate rights in the sections and show you how to do your first house keeping duties :)

Due to time constraints I'm handing in my notice as Treasurer. I've been promoted at work which means that I'm very rarely at my desk anymore and frequently travelling between sites, therefore I can't allocate the time I used to in doing the Treasurer's duties. From getting up at 5:30am to start work, I rarely see the good side of 8pm before I've finished for the day and I'd like to spend time with my partner without interruption! :D We no longer have many free weekends and due to more time being taken up with work, we rarely get the opportunity to spend time together. Andy Pingram (AndyP) was the only person to put himself forward for the position of Club Treasurer before nominations closed on the 18th August. Hello everyone, As you can see our trader section has grown over the last few months, since Baggins stepped down I do feel I could do with a couple of people to help me out with this. This would include to help me mod the trader, and for sale sections. Dealing with complaints from both members and traders, Bringing on possible new traders and to come up with a few more ideas with trader issues. As myself and Stu (SMW1) now have different jobs we need two people to take over these regional roles. At the AGM in Billing these roles were highlighted as being very important to take the club forward. These persons would be expected to arrange at least one event every 3 months, as well as working with myself in arranging national events. Please put your names down if your interested. Can we have nominations, please, for this important Club position. Clearly offence is being caused because the politburo can't keep track of who is speaking to who and which set of in-jokes belong to which in-crowd. I am sure they are very sorry about this. Me, I can't hear myself think over the noise of clashing egos :slap: and so I would be grateful for a club "Mary Poppins" to come and help the little darlings. One of the stated aims for the 300ZX.CO.UK Club since it was started in 2003 has been to get as many subscribed traders as possible to participate with the club so we can get benefits for both the club and our subscribed members.
