I was just reading a thread by Chunk about how far people are willing to travel and it hit me :mac1: As we have quiet a few guys that live around the Liecester Hinkley way, is there a place we could meet up of an evening, say once a month or every other week. How about Liecester forest east?

well i was supposed to go and pick up the esprit today, drove there to pick it up only to find out.. my nice old matey has changed his mind!!!!!!!!! :headvswal he no longer wants to sell and would i rather be interested in his 2.2 na s3 esprit.... i wasnt happy, woman wasnt happy, so i got my deposit back and explained in a gentle and calm manner how "dissapointed" i was. :rant: however i have seen two other cars i like.. a lexus IS200 and a merc CLK200 coupe. anyone know anything about these two cars??

3 point seat belts being fitted in back of zed, so time to buy suitable child seat. There have been similar threads lately, but what Im after is make & model of Car seat, with Pictures of it in the back !? Forward facing, with harness. 9months+ I've seen the Britax one & britax elite mentioned...anyone have pics of these fitted and details on how well they fit into the bucket seats ?

Been for a drive to Padstow and Bude today, whilst the sun was out. Found out how much difference new tyres can make....a39 was great fun in the twisties :hyper: ;)

Seriously considering selling my Nissan 300zx a car that was exatly to my taste when i bought it. fast, wide,loud but i getting bored of it. now normally i would then sell it and buy something quicker again, but im starting to loose the all out thrill of speed.. my nissan is probally 350bhp plus and i recorded 0-60times of under 5secs on my gtec pro, ive spent a fortune tuning it and now........ im finding it hard to justify owning it. Im 32 so not so old, but find the big reason i bought my car being avalible else where, without the pure brute force. Decided it was time to split the garage in two ad keep my two boys, aged 1 & 3 away from the Zed. Turned out much better than I thought. :hyper: Still had time for the usual Good Friday Fish & Chips and Hot Crossed Buns. :D

I am going to attempt to retrim the inside panels of my 2+2. Any suggestions on where to buy the material. I am thinking of going for black and stitching some sort of pattern within it to make it a bit less dull and boring. I would prefer vinyl but may use leather. TIA, Dave G

just wondering what driving sims people play... I'm after a realistic sim like Gran Turismo but for the Xbox (not the 360) I'm fed up with all the need for speed underground clones & would prefer realistic circuits if possible (such as the Nürburg Ring) Ta J
