General Discussions - Non 300ZX

I've got about 200mb which i need to make available for download. this data will grow in size and eventually double. can anyone recommend a free (here's hoping) hosting jobbie? all the ones ive tried so far require something on the side to keep your data (like posting up in forums, etc.)

Right i thought i had sorted this but it is biting me big time on the ass and i'm now worried :( In december is was driving on the M6 doing 70mph when a 4x4 was driving like a dick and was a few inches from my back bumper while i was in the outside lane!! as i couldnt move over due to traffic in the centre lane i accelerated away to move over and let the dick pass but sods law as i accelerated away i was caught by a van on the bridge and got done for 79mph!! So in Feb i got the ticket in the post, took this long as its a company car so they had contacted them first and they told them i was the driver. Some interesting stuff…. The outside of the cars looking pretty good, time to start on the inside. The interior on my car is black and grey cloth, the black vinyl looks grey and dirty. Had some Halfords dash cleaner to use so I got to work. Only looked good for about 30 seconds then it was same as before I started. My mam was watching idealworld channel and saw this stuff called ‘Flat Free Tyre’ you put it in your tyres and impossible to have a puncture (sounds interesting). If you ordered this product you got a 4 piece ProShine professional car care kit free (it’s the kit they give you when you buy a limo etc) . At £24.89 it’s worth a go so got on…

Ok, Just so you get the picture. A couple of weeks ago some prat pulled out of a side road (A1 slip road - 90 degree turning) into the front / side of my car whilst I was travelling at 50mph in a 60mph section of the A606 (totally his fault all witnessed by several and hes decalered guilt he just wasnt looking). Unfortunately my car is a write off. Doubly unfortunatley the insurance have only offered £3500! I valued it at £5000 when insuring but I didnt declare the candy paint although they know about everything else. Thankfully they didnt pick up on the paint when the engineer inspected it. That was the best storm I have ever seen in the U.K Not much rain but the thunder and lightning was spectactular, it kept going for a good couple of hours from about 11.30 to about 1.30. Awsome

Im sure this has ben done to death before, but does anyone know any decent couriers for a rear bumper? Have tried all the major ones with very little luck - UPS, fedex, dhl, parcelforce, interlink express and initial citylink. anyone else worth a try?

so, just to say a little farewell to the zed community until i get back from my travels. flying out to lithuania tomorrow morning and then performing a gig with killa kela (world famous beatboxer) in a club called gravity. spending a few days in the town then heading down to the beach for beers, joints and hopefully some lovely ladies in bikinis :dance: then, after a few days i'm finishing off in riga, latvia for some ultimate mid-week partying (hopefully). apparently riga has the highest ratio of women to men in the world! what a result! cya!

Just read mowg's parcel courier post and thought I'd expand the boundaries slightly. Due to muppets at docks not reading clear markings and written instructions, I now have an engine on a pallet sitting in Essex when it should've been in Liverpool! :mad: Unfortunately I can't collect myself so will have to arrange delivery. I'm waiting to see what rates the shipping company can give me on inland haulage but can anyone else recommend a good, reliable and reasonably priced haulage company to transport the engine from Essex to Wrexham? If you've got them you'll know that you cannot get hold of a grease gun adapter to fit the nipples. Paul C told me how he did his, but I couldn't get the thing to work. The only thing I greased was me. When I suddenly thought. I knew i had a couple of vacuum house push fit connectors and thought they resembled the shape of a grease nipple. My Idea was to put it into the hose and then into the gun. Then I realised that the internal diameter of the 3mm connector was about the same size as the grease nipple and hey presto. So if you have these and they are creeking just get a 3mm straight Nylon vacuum hose connector stick one end into the grease gun like you w…
