After eight months of working on my car it’s back on the road. I’ve done a full 60k service some performance upgrades and a full re-pray in silver rainbow metal flake (pictures very soon). Took it for it’s m.o.t. yesterday and it past with no problems (not bad for all the work that's been done) then I taxed it. Ooooooo…….It feels so good to get back in the driving seat, didn’t have time to drive it yesterday but I’ll be taking it out for the first time tonight. Is it not 5.30 yet? Paul

Last month alone I spent £786 on Optimax and £577.31 on parts and labour. Previous month I spent £2500 in parts and labour, + £550 for some wheels and £300 refurbing them and the month before £2500 on parts. + I need a new diff and a load of silly little bits that got taken of and never returned from GPS. So in three months I have spent £6,427.31 on repares and upgrades. Proberbly more as I haven't added up the tweeks bills and a staggering £1,771.00 of Optimax. Thats £136 petrol aweek. Thats almost £40,000 pounds spent on this car in 2 years and 4 months excluding fuel. I'm going to sort the diff and then proberbly sell it. That is ma…

My 18" 5 spoke alloy wheels are going to be refurbed today - and I'm not sure if I should keep them silver painted or if I should polish them for a chrome effect? I don't think I have seen another set of chromed 5 spokes before... What do you think?

Threatened your car. Neighbour of mine is getting pissed off with my diesel car starting in the morning ( 6am ) , it is a bit of pig but goes eventually, now he came out today and started on me by going on about how hes getting fcuked off with me in the mornings, seeing as he was swearing I decided to reply in kind and told him to go feck himself....slight male talking ensued to which he finished by saying im lucky someone hasnt damaged my car(300zx) as I have to park it on the road, I saw this as him threatening to "harm" my car and reacted accordingly and went for him, didnt get a chance to lay into him as my missus came out and grabbed me ....dont know if i shoul…

Paying loads of insurance and that and its just sat in the garage. Its just this squeal/whine on start up thats p1ssing me off. I've just spent loads on fixing what I thought it was and it wasnt. I know its an old car and that thinks happen etc..etc.. read all that before buying one, but im just really p1ssed off with this one now. Just thin…

i have been told that you could buy a bottle of this liquid that you add to the oil that softens up all seals and therefore makes them expand so that if there was a small leak ie;the tub seals,it would prevent the smoke exiting the exhausts.this is on sale in halfords for £4.99. i haven't tried it but was wondering if anybody else has? if this works i think it's a must for all our cars even if there appears to be no problems at the moment. what do you think? :hyper:
