How can you get out of it? I have no car to get there so gotta rely on crappy public transport and where I live theres one bus god knows when. I will miss overtime at work, so will loose money and struggle to pay the bills. Must be ways of getting out of it.

Guys/Gals, This morning I had McAfee point out it had quarantined a potential threat. Great I thought - lucky to have caught it. Deleted it from quarantine and thought no more of it until I noticed the little McAfee security centre icon in the task tray turned to "disabled". Tried to enable it again but nothing I do will enable the scanner again. I've just spent three hours letting the various virus, adware and spyware sweepers do their scan and nothing has been found. Does anyone have any thoughts on what to do next? I don't really want to install another virus scanner because I've only just bought the McAfee license. Could try re-installing it but want t…

Well I'm about to move house. First time i've sold one and bought another at the same time. Not an easy / stress free experience. The solicitor was slow / lazy. We've just exchanged contracts today and we're moving house on Friday. How shyte - and no solicitor is cheap. I think she'd have left it to the day before if I hadn't harassed her so much. We managed to sell out house without using an estate agent - this saved quite a bit of cash. We put it on http://www.rightmove.co.uk and put up a board - it was the board that sold it. Thoroughly recommended. The Government get their hands in the till again with stamp duty - I'm getting p1ssed off - you can't…

With all this talk of game consoles what are your favourite game consoles. it can go back to as far as you want, and just because its got 50 core, bio cell, nuclear power CPU doesn't make it the best. Give reasons why you think that the console is in that place. Here are my thoughts. 1. Sega Mega Drive. Brought arcade quality gaming to the masses, and the best selling console of the 90s and had thousands of games. 2. Nintendo Entertainment System. Really introduced the idea of that every home could have a games console, also the first time I encountered a Joypad not a JoyStick 3. Nintendo Game Boy. Who knew so much fun could be had with a littl…

Firstly i'd like to thank everyone who donated prizes, bought tickets and helped out with the raffle. The amount raised in total was £661.34 The charity chosen by the 1st prize winner (the dark warrior) was the NSPCC. Ivan (the dark warrior), Phil (Spinksy) and myself went to hand the cheque over last Friday morning. The kind people at the NSPCC will be sending pics to the local newspapers and putting them in there national magazine. Here are a few pics........... Once again, thanks to everyone that participated in the raffle. Rich
