ok not very heroic, as some of you may know my main job is being a property manager to bedsits and flats now as a rule i like to check on the tennants of the bedsits at least once a week which i do on a friday morn, now we have a polish guy in one of our rooms and he works in a nursing home (permanent nites) so i usually give his room a miss cause he is usually in bed,but today i walked past his room and smelt something awfull, so i asked the lad next door to him if he had seen the polish guy (gabriel) and he said ive been etting his vodka for him (found that strange) so i forced the door (couldnt get key out of lock that was on the other side of door) and found gabr…

Well here goes i was selling one of my cars 3 1/2 month ago the chap came and left a £250 deposit and said he had the money sorted and would pay the rest on the next weekend and so was agreed to be done within 2 weeks. He then contacted me after the 2 weeks said the loan had been aproved and was just taking its time, i siad that i have other offers of 7800 for the car and he would have to leave another deposit to assure me he def wanted the car i said £1000 if he was def having it as might lose it, he said def havinging it and will give another £1500 not 1000 to show he def wanted as thefirst agreement had run out(ie the £250) so all was fine i used this on a deposit f…

As I've Said Sub Aqua TRD not reallt recomended Good lady wife got call from her father yesterday afternoon say his car wouldn't start.
