Hi, Wondering if anyone on here can help me out, basically looking at trying to find out who owns a piece of land in my local area. Tried calling the local council but they are as much use as a ashtray on a motorbike!! Anyone got any knowledge of this or even better any contacts that can help?

Each time I put the key in my daily driver and start the engine I'm getting a message on the display saying SAFEGUARD. I've looked through the handbook but can't find anything about it. The cars running as normal and not giving me an problems. Does anyone know what this message refers to? Car is an 06 Vectra C 1.9CDTi estate.

Does anyone edit home video's ? I've made an HD underwater video of my pond and I want to edit out the sections where nothing happens, leaving me with a video of my fish. The video is an hour long but contains a lot of sections where there isn't anything in front of the camera. Can anyone tell me what software I'd need to do this? cheers

Years ago I was quite into my gaming, less so recently. Was gona preorder a new xbox today but the bloke laughed in my face lol. I refuse to get a sleeping bag out and lie down next to game all night but have started wondering about a games PC instead. So... rather than get seen off in PC world, where would the cheapest (best value for money) place be to get an all singing all dancing PC? Because the £500 for an xbox is a fortune, I'd be better off paying a bit more and getting something that can run all the more interesting independent games rather than being stuck with a console to play mainstream rubbish like the latest COD games. It's factually based on a true story about a real Captain Phillips back in 2009 who's vessel was hijacked by pirates off the Somali coast and he himself was subsequently taken hostage. I watched this last night! Being a big Tom Hanks fan also, this movie ticked all the boxes! Kinda poignant too as I've sailed the route close to Djibouti, through the Gulf of Aiden and round the horn of Africa (Somalia). The Telex system always used to go crazy with pirate warnings around there. I was lucky never to encounter them. Anyone seen this yet? ok I have a diesel bmw x5 and over the past few months mpg has gone down had a full service but made no change had it at a bmw specialist to day on diagnostics and 3 of glow glugs and down the car starts fine tho so what am asking can glow glug effect mpg and performance ? the guy there said this could effect mpg any one else have a view on here
