  13. my mate's work PC has crashed. runs XP, boots to the 'safety menu' but no matter which option you choose it just reboots and goes back to the menu. apparently the boss was accidentally leaning on the shift key for a good few minutes while chatting to someone. it came up with the 'sticky keys' box and then locked up. he rebooted it, and then the problem started. he had been browsing a 'safe' web site just prior to this too. ive taken the HDD out and put it in another machine as a secondary and browsed the drive. partitioned in two. there's no obvious corruption - ive seen a corrupted HDD before and unfortunately it was mine. HOWEVER in the 'My Documents' fo…

I had a ride in a 500hp Evo over the weekend. Built by the same guys doing mine. Very impressive. Being a 2.0 and single turbo there was a fair amount of lag but it's a great feeling when the turbo kicks in and pins you back which man it really done.

I've just started using torrent downloaders and have managed to download One foot in the Algarve. Ok, so it's downloaded 100% but I can't get the ****in thing to play at all! I've tried two different torrent applications, one specifically with a media player on it, but it just won't even search. Is there something blindingly obvious I'm not doing?
