Yes, I know ... this has been covered umpteen times before but this is slightly different (isn't it always ... LOL) I was driving through Solihull this morning (on Monkspath Road to be precise) which is littered with Gatsos. I was approaching a Gatso (ie it was facing me) and as I passed it the bloody thing flashed twice! Now, this particular Gatso is used for traffic going in the opposite direction to which I was travelling. There was no car in front of me, none behind me and none going the opposite way so it was not flashing anyone else. I've done some googling and found that Gatsos are only used to photograph the REAR of vehicles. Truvelo cams are used to pho…

It appears Joely P has hit rock bottom. Surely his recent postings and general mutterings can only be explained by a very troubled mind. The pressures of Zed ownership have claimed another victim and if it was not for "Care in the Community" he would not be with us at all. Let us hope he makes a full and speedy recovery from his illness. So sad. Get well soon mate. Graham. ;) :p

What's going on over there guys? £45 (10kg)was the cheapest i could get from an item I bought on ebay. In fairness, the seller tried his best, but it seems shipping out of the UK is getting out of hand. that £45 is a quarter of what I paid for the item FFS. It was insured, but if i sent the same package from here(less than 10 kilos) it would cost me around 20 euro I don't think this is just an ebay thing, I reckon shipping companies are all jumping on the bandwagon. Sort it out will you fellas?! have a sit in or something!

Just got this email off a friend and i think it could work given time. Rean on see what you think and pass it on Take the time to at least read this, then, see what you think and pass it on if you agree with it. We are hitting 106.9 p a litre in some areas now, soon we will be faced with paying £1 .10 a ltr. This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the 'don't buy petrol on a certain day campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn't continue to hurt ourselves by refusing to buy petrol. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT,whoever thoug…

Why do Nestlé still make these things for the Quality Street sweets? Utter crap, NO ONE eats them. The amounts of times I've come across an opened box that has been near-demolished containing almost nothing but toffee penny sweets is unreal! Prefer Roses to be honest, but will quite happily tuck into Quality Street. But why the feck does the Toffee Penny still exist?

What is the most embarrassing moment or quote you have ever had or said, the kind of moment where you just wish a hole in the ground would appear so you could disappear down it. one of my many was when I was round a then girlfriends perants house with her having a nice cup of tea with her and the mother when the girlfriend suddenly out the blue says, Carl do you love me? And me with my big mouth that opens before i think replys...........well i fook you dont i! Then there was silence except the sound of my jaw hitting the ground as i realised where i was and what i had said

have been told today that there has been a person spotted in the back gardens late at night, police have been round giving us safety tips  normally i would put the security light on (well it would always be on), but instead ive hammered a load of nails in some wood and half buried them all over the garden (its overgrown anyway), tomorrow gonna hammer some nails into the back of my shed door (from inside out), so if any fooker tries to kick my shed door in they will get a nice nail through the foot will switch off the security light aswell, dont want them seeing the nails will put up a disclaimer high in the alley way (so they cant see it lol) sta…

off work doing my kitchen at home on my holiday time  Breaking loose floor paint up (temp to stop dust) floor is about 14m square. To level needs to be made up from 12mm to 30mm as is uneven to accept ceramic 12" tiles. Self levelling to weak and expensive for are. So I figure unibond area then a wet cement screed ? Will this work ok ? what sand cement ratio. not done floors before got an idea but being a mere shop bench joiner need to know what will stick. ta in advance
