Get a phone call from her in tears, turns out some scum bag ******* has cut the lock that was securing her bike to her friends and the bike rack and stole her new bike. She had only had it a few months and was a birthday present from me. I'm heading back to the US again in a few months for ZNationals in Georgia. Thinking about heading down to the Gulf Coast as I have some time over there. Pensacola seems like the closest point of attack right near the Alabama State line to the very west of Florida; looks to be only about a 4hr drive from the Atlanta area. I've traveled extensively across the US, but never been to Pensacola - just wondering if anyone from here has been? Looks pretty nice there.

...my lodger had gone off on his hols and nobody was in the house and all the doors were locked. Evening guys. Cut a long story short, someone in a transit van has reversed into my girlfriend's parked car. They were either drunk or didn't check their mirrors as they shunted it a good couple of feet. We have the evidence on CCTV. They were in a sign written van and contact has been made. I picked up a cheap runaround, Renault Megane Scenic while mine goes into the bodyshop and also can use it for tip runs, shopping etc.. i thought it would be cheap as chips to insure, how wrong was i lol Its a T 1999 piece of poo, but because it has the word 'sport' in the name its a higher risk car :thumbdown: i said, what, higher risk then a 3 litre V6 sports car thats been imported? Hi All, I'm in a bit of a situation in work. Basically my so-called workmate who is 13 years my junior and hasn't done a decent days' work in his life has just been regraded to the same grade as myself. The reason he got the promotion was through claiming to do half of my job on his regrade form. My managers didn't read the form properly before it went to HR and even they looked shocked when I told them he'd got it. He's claimed to be managing 9 people when he manages no one. He also stated that he uses the workshops and wears PPE - he doesn't do either - not ever. He stated that he sets up eye-trackers - he wouldn't know how to switch one on! …
