anyone know where i would find the rough price of a 1000 sq/ft workshop rent per week, we have one where somone has moved out, we were charging £80 a week but i feel that is not enough, we have some people interested but we want to know the price of local rentals of workshops before we agree any deals it has an office toilets and cooking facilities, its situated close to sunderland city centre and is on a local trading estate any ideas

Or is it only in the US????? They do put a few nice cars together but they can also make a serious mess of things.:(

I have a problem with a girl parking at my tennis club, the police have told her not to park there, I have told her, there are signs up. Her boyfriend is a local hardass who happens to run teh local clamping company, so if I clamp her she will just get it removed. I tried to tell her not to park today again but she just told me to **** off and drove away. Police cant do anything as shes on private land So anyone here got serious legal advice / experiance or know the law, and when I say know, I mean KNOW it.

I got a job offer on Friday last week which I am over the moon about. Got increasingly sick and tired of the company politics, the way the company treated people, some individuals within the company, the fact that my job spec had changed numberous times that I decided to look for employment elsewhere. This week I have been ... replacing the rear arches on my eldest daughter's Metro. Well Its a Rover 100 actually . I know!! I know!! you can laugh:D Its taken me a couple of days and is a fiddly job indeed. first I cut out the rust and filler. Then bought new arch repair panels. One off ebay for £3 and the other from my local panel man for £14. IF only 300Zx arches were that price!!! then I trimmed the panel to fit tucking it inside the existing arch and spot welded it in place. I had to use some other curved arch sections to cut and shape for the inner arch to ensure the strength was maintained . This was a real PITA and took ages. Then a skim of filler to smoot…
