http://www.topgear.com/uk/car-news/lambo-740bhp-aventador-sv-2015-03-02 That looks pretty cool. Lambo do really well to make something so out there without it looking tacky. A body kit in that style would be naff, as would a ferrari, but that looks absolutely mean!

Well having had a nightmare scenario for the past few months, i can finally feel vindicated, but through no fault of my own: I gave a mechanic friend my old Renault Megane Scenic in October as i only bought it to get me by while my zed was being sprayed, but after the engine dying, kept it longer than originally anticipated. Everything that can go wrong with these cars, did and having no interest whatsoever in it, it was time to get rid. With hindsight i wish i had just scrapped the bloody thing at least i would have had a little money from it and peace of mind, but oh no, i thought i was doing a mate a favor and giving him a project to make some money on. He …

I was just wondering if there was anyone in Doncaster that would be willing to pick up a hi-fi system for me, wrap it and box it and then post it to me? Obviously I would happily pay for everything (packaging and boxes) and a little extra for the effort.

Just a bit of fun. As some of you may know, the Internet is awash with a question about the colour of a dress! I see it as Black & Blue. However, a lot of others see it as Gold & White. So What do you see?

As many of you know I'm keen Angler and with that like most a keen amateur enviromentalist. A little hiccup last year saw 1.5km of river polluted and a large hit on the wildlife. Mostly fish based life due to the rapid drop in disolved oxygen content. http://www.fish-on-friday.com/2015/02/thames-water-fined-220000-for-river-pollution/?utm_source=dragoncarp-150227&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=FishOnFriday150227 So do you think less than quater or a million is a big enough fine for a company that size for that problem. Bearing in mind how many years it will take for the river to recover. I don't personally think that fine would even cover the market value of t…

Hot water in the house went off the other day, still had heating though. the gas/heating engineer advised it was the diverter valve, had it replaced today but it hasn't fixed the issue so we're needing to try the circuit board. What I'm wanting to know is whether anyone know a cheap place to get the part from. Fi it's a potterton 30HE boiler. Also, could I do the circuit board myself? Looks like it's pretty much plug and play

I need some advice from people who understand about music recording stuff. I can talk for an hour on how Radar works but looking at "low latency, 5KOhm impedance crotchet decibel hyper-mandolin" boxes on Gear4Music has blown my mind  I want a box so that I can record my electro acoustic guitar and electro acoustic ukuele to my windows 8 pc. Perhaps a mic in too. I have been looking at these http://www.gear4music.com/Soundcards/USB.html I need some help, both instruments have a freshman hidden pickup. Thanks guys.

Whilst im not the most active user on the forum and my Zed has been awaiting much needed attention sitting in the garage, I thought you guys might appreciate this. So i started a new job in sales at Nissan in december, So far loving it. We are what is known as a high performance center so we get all the bigger boys..370 and GTR, Being a massive car geek i love this. Sitting 5 feet away from a shiny GTR and Nismo 370z and GTR's in and out of the workshop ect.. Then much to my suprise I find out that each 'High Performance' dealership requires a 'Specialist' to sells these. After some pestering and shortly a shed load of training i am now officialy a 'GTR Specialist' which …

Just spent the last hour helping a driver in a three car accident outside our house. The driver of a Porsche 944s went threw the traffic lights to fast and slid into two cars coming the other direction. The people in the two other cars were fine but in shock but the driver in the 944 had a deep cut above his eye and chest damage. I was on the scene in seconds and a nurse was there also so between us we treated him till the emergency teams arrived. It makes you think when you see the damage to the retro 944s with no airbags and the modern cars full of safety features and they are the ones who walked away.

I've got quite a healthy sum of cash that I'm looking to invest - but not in property. Has anyone here ever bought a quality franchise? I've done a bit of research into companies that sell franchises, but just wondering whether anyone here's actually gotten anywhere. I'm not talking Utility Warehouse type franchises, I'm talking quite substantial franchises.

Sorry - just wanted to shout!!! About 1/2 an hour ago, I told Julia I was going upstairs to the PC to edit my music playlist for the car - as I have some newly acquired tracks to add. She knows I like to carefully plan the sequences of the songs, to make sure it all "flows".... So what does she decide to do whilst I am there? She brings the f**king hoover up and starts f**king hovering around me...!!!! Women - can't live with them, can't kill them......

You may read about the Highways agency putting in new speed cameras to catch motorists in an variable speed limit zone going speeding past a gantry where there isn't a camera Well they are now active and set for exactly 70mph on the M6, M42, southern section of the M25 and today I've just seen one in action on the M1. It flashed as a guy on the other side went past , Seeing what they look like and and knowing what to look for it seems they are going to be on every gantry soon because the control box and wiring is being put in place on loads of gantries.... and obviously already live on some You have been warned. I'll stick to the A1 and go cross country !
