I have had a trade policy for the last 2 years as I have bought and sold quite a few cars and it worked out cheaper. Now i just have the supra and my policy runs out in 2 weeks, renewing it will cost 700 quid. My last private policy was on the z and ran out 8th april 07, so 2 years 3 weeks ago. I want to try and revive my 4 years mcd that I had on that policy so I need to find insurers that will accept this old NCD. I was with Hyperformance before and they just quoted me £462 which will do this. Concorso d'Eleganza, Villa d'Este. Getting pretty damn excited. On Friday I fly out to Milan & then drive myself to Lake Como. Saturday I meet up with Julius Kruta from Bugatti, and take a bucket load of reference photos of his 57SC so we can make a model of it. Just got a speeding ticket through, doing 39 in a 30, there wasn't any white lines on the road on my side as it was pointing at us with white lines on the other side of the road. Is there anyway out of it???

i have sky + in my lounge and i have run an ariel cable to my bedroom and connected to a sky eye into my lcd tv. thing is the picture isn't that great, when using the remote it sometimes wont work, if it does its slow and for some reason the sound only comes out in mono. my lounge side works fine any ideas

some months ago my son's renault megane (sorry) was parked on a slope. after 20 mins approx it rolled forward into a tree. Apparantly, learners are not taught to leave car in gear as a secondary brake these days! Insurance paid out no quibble ( must have been 3/4 k ). My son maintained handbrake was fully on when parked. On return of car from repair shop he took it back as handbrake wasn't efficient- it was 'rectified'. At Mot in Feb he was told problem with handbrake. It was fixed but no mention on invoice. Now handbrake wont work. Mot station have no recollection of any repair/adjustment & the repairers say that all the insurance company require is to rep…

Well my dog nelly is falling apart the poor thing :( So far in her life shes shattered her jaw so its wired up with plates Swallowed a ball and had to be cut open to get it out Shes having tests with suspected cushions disease and last weekend she screamed with pain on sunday night out of nowhere and then she couldnt get up or anything so we rushed her to the vets who thought it was her hips, anyway after lots of tests and x-rays shes got hip dispasia and really bad arthritis in her hip and spine!! Shes on pain relief but shes only 3 and its only going to get worse with age so we dont know what to do, its cost us £1000 so far this week, shes insur…

Hi Everyone, Been discussing potential expansion in the car stereo sector with my mate tonight around building a Car-Puter with sat nav, usual stereo functions, possible conZult (or other diagnostic software) and internet access, along with freeview features and video playback. Havent costed anything out as yet but would possibly be around 700quid for the lot also if could get a good enough supply would provide the centre console with the unit fitted for easier installation, for an extra cost just gauging intrest at the moment as havin really looked too deeply into it but would make more than one (for me) if people are interested when we come to build …
