my ocd has taken over the plonk now, i have it in my head that this year i want to be down to 11.5 stone and have some sort of sixpack, i have been dieting and excersising quite a lot lately (poor riddick is knacked lol), and now when i drink i feel guilty to the point where i no longer enjoy it have had 4 cans all nite and been drinking since 5 ish lolwould have normally pissed my pants and annoyed most of the forum by this time of the night even on nights out i will make a nice low calorie meal for supper instead of pizza and kebab, and i dont drink as much as i normally would, i dont drink during the week anymore and when friday and sat comes i may only have …

Does anyone know how to turn off the remove function on the address bar? Every time I click on the down arrow, the last visited address appears followed by others I have visited as per normal IE, bit IE8 has a red cross next to each one right where you'd normally click as if to select. Can this be disabled because I keep inadvertently clicking on it and removing the address that I need and it's driving me up the wall. Cheers

This show started this week hosted by the ever-smug Gyles Brandreth. Won't bore you with the format but it's not worth watching especially as one of the show's 'experts' gave a point to a contestant for stating that in 'fools & horses' Del Boy's three-wheeler was a Robin Reliant!!! I have been told that, your standard, run of the mill, high street Sat Nav speed indicator reads 10% lower than your actual/realtime speed. Is this true? Or is it 100% correct to the acutal car speed? On my Navman, it reads approx 10% lower in my 300, my "dirt bag" Citreon, and the wife's Golf. Al.
