Had my car up for auction which ended friday at 12 and just got an email from the winning bider saying that he couldn't get the car coz it didn't suit is needs!!!! why bid in the first place then?? some people just like to annoy others for fun!!!!! whats even worse i can't report him til 30 days are past!

Anyone had any experience with a cat c write off vehicle with regards to a vic test. A family member has had her car wrote off and now been paid out on it (less salvage value and kept the car) the car is too nice to scrap but just wondered whats the position to selling it on. Is it her responsibilty to put it through a vic test or can she just inform any potential buyer it requires the vic test?

I took out a 18month contract last november and got a c905 sony ericsson.... Yesterday while in the carphone warehouse an employee told me about orange upping the cost of using your phone outside of your inclusive minutes and charging double, he also told me this isnt in the contract! so legally the contract means fook all, i then rang them up and explained what i knew and then let me and my girlfriend cancel our contracts with no fee, no nothing and we keep our phones and get away without paying the £290 they wanted off each of us to cancel it, happy days! Now im gonna sell me phone and get another contract with a different network as i think orange is poo...rant over.…

lol ;) As I've just bought myself a new 'True 1080P Upscalling' DVD player, I thought I'd give it a go with a few good films. Was trying Star Wars III earlier.... awesome Now just been trying my fave film..... Bladerunner........ WOW :bow: Absolutely brilliant, especially as it's The Final Cut version with the enhanced 5.1 surround sound and re-mastered. Really works well with the upscalling as well, nice and sharp picture wise I bought myself the LG HT554TH, all in one unit which just happens to match my LG flat panel :cool: and only 245 from ASDA
