Does anyone know how to turn off the remove function on the address bar? Every time I click on the down arrow, the last visited address appears followed by others I have visited as per normal IE, bit IE8 has a red cross next to each one right where you'd normally click as if to select. Can this be disabled because I keep inadvertently clicking on it and removing the address that I need and it's driving me up the wall. Cheers

This show started this week hosted by the ever-smug Gyles Brandreth. Won't bore you with the format but it's not worth watching especially as one of the show's 'experts' gave a point to a contestant for stating that in 'fools & horses' Del Boy's three-wheeler was a Robin Reliant!!! As I'm sure we all know if that were correct it would be a Reliant Robin, but of course it was a Reliant Regal supervan 3. Rant over- thank-you.

my mate is going away on sat for 2 weeks and has told me i can have the use of any of his cars while he is away now the dilema i have is-do i use the 04 bmw 320d, the 2002 bmw 3.0d x5 manual or his peugeot 206cc???? decisions decisions lol wish i had his money lol

A mate has a 1986 Nissan Laurel (6 cylinder injection) with a lumpy tickover and it occasionally stalls. Anyone know any place he could get it looked at? Cheers! :)

I have been told that, your standard, run of the mill, high street Sat Nav speed indicator reads 10% lower than your actual/realtime speed. Is this true? Or is it 100% correct to the acutal car speed? On my Navman, it reads approx 10% lower in my 300, my "dirt bag" Citreon, and the wife's Golf. Al.

We are looking for a troop carrier and are stuck between two choices. Can any of you lovely people give me a quick opinion on the following choices, but please give reasons why if possible (especially if you've ever owned either). The examples I've given are representative of the sort of deals we're coming across. 2002 Chrysler Voyager 110k £4000 2002 Kia Sedona 50k £3000 I think what we're really saying is, is it worth stretching our budget to go for the Chrysler with higher mileage, or do we stay well within budget (leaving us some cash for sat nav, tints, mats etc.) and buy the lower mileage Kia? Thoughts please :)

hello people bit off topic but i rekon you would be the man to ask !!! i have been workin on a mk1 fiat punto gt so its got the 1.4 turbo engine in i have just done a engine change to a uprated engine i also put a big front mount intercooler on aswell so its all rebuilt up now and its only got -10 ingh instead of -20 and the turbo is not boosting up but it is spooling up coz i can hear it and there is blue smoke from the exhaust when i had the turbo off i checked the shaft and there was a tiny bit of left right play but no in out movment at all any ideas ???

heard on the news that shumacher will stand in for massa at ferrari if asked! dan.:hyper:
