Guys, let's call it a day as we're not exactly getting anywhere and the debate is evolving dangerously. I'm sure there are other sites for these debates, full of like minded individuals, and all going no where. have been excercising a lot lately and have cut the beer down to one night a week (although i consume a weeks worth in one go lol) and have changed my diet yet again, been excercising for about 2 months now and have lost a bit of weight, i feel much happier and have loads more energy am loving this new lifestyle, gonna start on my bike next and start cycling further, the jogging is killing my legs lol, hopefully i can start and cycle to work and back soon so its a woot woot from me lol will be in a mood and drinking tomorrow if the bank says no lol:rofl::rofl:
