Just been invited to a wedding out there. Good job it's in the middle of February, should be around the 35 - 40 degree mark in and around the Cape Town area. Now I've never been any further south than Oman in the middle east, and thus, never been the other side of the equator, so quite excited! Relations of my sister's better half are getting married in their home town of Hermanus which is about 2hrs drive from Cape Town and is the SA tourist hot spot (so won't be full of European holiday makers!). Just wondering if anyone's spent any time out there. Hermanus looks really nice, Cape Town speaks for itself as being a pretty decent place to go over there.

Had these 2 Pc games doubled up with other games I have bought. They are in my account as "1 Extra copy" of each and I think I can gift them to another steam memeber. Excellent games both of them if you haven't played them they're well worth the effort. So if anyone wants them and will use them I can hopefully gift them to your steam account. They are: Halflife 2 Halflife 2 Episode1 Free to a good home with a Steam account that will make use of them

Started my new job yesterday, much better being at home every night rather than away all week. Feel like a fish out of water as the last two jobs were identical and had eleven years experience. Anyway the new company manufacture flexi exhausts couplings. So had the grand tour today and the R&D department have pit that staff can book time on to work on their cars  But that's not all they have, a virtual pint if anyone can guess what else they have?

I think my daily driver is on its way to the big scrap yard in the sky...the oil filler cap is popping off itself! I'm not mechanically minded but that build up pressure sounds like it's more than likely going to be terminal, and it gave me an excuse to start looking for something else anyway! I've been looking online and shortlisted a few decent examples but they vary greatly by type as I haven't been shopping for a car for a couple of years. Any thoughts on these cars in general if you have previously owned any? 1990 Lotus Ellan M100 Turbo 2003 MG TF 1.6 2003 Fiesta Zetec 1. 2000 Lexus IS 200 SE 2002 Vectra LS

There was i, sitting quietly at home tonight, when my next door neighbor knocks saing he chased a couple of guys away from my other car (V6 Shogun), when i go out, the rear window is smashed and the ignition casing is half off. Called the police and within a half hour (no joking) 1 had 2 cars, 1 patrol car and 1 of those sneaky Audi A6's with no markins plus a Forensic guy at my door..well impressed. They told me that it was most likely some gang looking for a 4x4 for a ram raid (gloves used, MO etc) and my neighbor was lucky they ran away..(didn't have the heart to tell them that before they got here i had gone out looking for them...) Ah well could have …

This is one of those things you think 'how weird'. As some know im a plumber, this week on call too. Get a callout at 8pm, leave from my house and the tempreture is warm and raining. Drive to Bognor which is 4 miles down the road, halfway there it is snowing its nuts off, by the time i get there, my transit is sliding all over the place, and the snow is 2" deep. It is freezing cold. Do the plumbing job, and say 45mins later come out to my now covered van, in this time another 2" of snow has fallen. Start driving home very slowly, get to within a mile of my house, and whilst driving in thick falling snow, cant describe it, but i can see the edge of the snow storm…

As this is an upcoming TV series and NOT a movie I thought I'd best post it here and not in the Film section ;) Basically the premise is...... well think of the US series COPS and it staring Steven Seagal! :D
