General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Most cars don't have it, most 300's have a 2 setting setup and some cars (Ferrari's, new Hondas etc.) have continuously variable valve timing AFAIK. My question is, does neone know how much all this affects performance. Does it only matter at really high revs, and is there any way to compensate for not having it ?

Ok, this Avrill Levine bird who is in the charts with 'Complicated'.... how old is she? Did ya see? After doing one of the most boring reviews of the Skyline EVER last week, the 350z was mentioned on Top Gear tonight. Started with a comment on the 240z - "a great car", then said it was followed by the "awful 260 and 280z".. "ending up with the 300 which was so bad it would kill you if you even thought of it" With any luck that will put people off buying one and we can remain a bit more 'exclusive' on the road.
