Yeah the title may be a little misleading, bought my import Z and and probably going to suffer to burden of getting bits. But what I really don't understand it is some of the tricked out bits you get with these cars, folding in wing mirrors have a purpose but whats with the seat belts? I've got a targa top and the first time I drove it with the top down I felt unsafe!! I frikkin thing was flapping in the wind! As soon as I push the button on the anchor it flys back like a good un! Whats with that? I'm just gripping coz there's an expensive storm a brewing and it's called Z Regards Rod PS Anyone know of some decend exhausts for a good price…

"Nissan has announced that it expects to report record operating profits of 737 billion yen for the 2002 financial year, which ended March 31, 2003. Nissan expects its net automotive debt - which stood at 2.1 trillion yen at the start of fiscal year 1999 - to be completely eliminated. " And thats before the 350 comes out properly!!!! Nick

Some of you may already have 6x9's in the rear mouldings but just to let the rest of you know that 6x9's fit in the rear mouldings without any problems. You obviously have to make some new brackets up as they can't quite fit in the existing 6x4's LOL :D. I bought a sheet of steel from B & Q and used the original bracket legs. I welded them onto the new speaker mount and dropped it down slightly. You have to give the passenger side wheel arch a little gentle tap to make room for the base of the speaker, but there is nothing under there so unless you make a hole in it there's no need to worry.

I am at work, to do the betting on the Man Utd Real Mardid match and I got a doner kebab covered in chilie sause for my dinner. Realising that I have a white T-Shirt, a sloppy kebab is not the best thing to be eating, with no knife or fork, it you want to remain clean. I sound like a washing powder advert. ;) Anyway last bit of kebab to go and not one drop on me and I was very pleased. :D I eat the last bit very carfully, success :D Not one to leave any bit of a kebab, it was time to eat the small bits that are left over. Picking up the last small strand of doner meat, if that is what it is, I moved it towards my mouth and............ SNAP! The …

In short - NOT IMPRESSED! I have, since buying my Zed back in June 2001 been through several sets of brake pads. These have been Nissan OE, Mintex (crap, squeeled and were removed because i couldn't live with the noise), EBC Greens, EBC Reds and the latest set of EBC Reds V.2. The promise of the V.2 Reds was that they would work from a lower temperature and that they would last longer than the original composition variety. Now I know that I'm running slotted disks with the grooves facing forward and hense more agressive but... 5189 Miles is rediculous! They cost £110.00 for the set, IMHO definately not VFM. I didn't think that they were that much bette…

Why is your beer warm, flat and expensive and taste like its been watered down. Also I have been to a number of places down south and I struggle to find a chip shop that does gravey. I was in Cornwall and asked for a Chip Barm and I was looked at like I was stupid. How do you live down there? People say life is better down there but you can keep you £180,000 for a 2 bedroom flat and I will live in a 5 bedroom detached with the same cost. ;) Stuart

say u woz faced wiv a psychopath wielding a knife/gun. Would you let him/her kill u OR would you try and reason with a mind which has no regard for your well-being and is intent on harming you OR would you kill them if it was the only way to avoid being killed/allowing others to be killed ? It's that simple. Many wars should never come about between civilised nations (jaw, jaw is better than war, war), but facing a psychopathic dictator is another story. u (lot) 'avin' that ?!:D

http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/?news/ae_news_story.php?id=36017 Nissan Lifts The Lid On Its Z-Car Visitors to this week's New York Motor Show witnessed the world debut of the all-new Nissan 350Z Roadster. Designed to take on Audi's soft-top TT and BMW's long-awaited Z4, the roofless Nissan mixes stylish looks with impressive performance. Power comes from a meaty 3.5-litre V6, feeding 287bhp through the rear wheels to create a traditional sportster feel. The roof mechanism is a slick feat of engineering, taking only 15 seconds to fold under trim above the boot. Unfortunately for enthusiastic drivers, though, the cabrio won't get the high-performance Brembo …

A young boy went up to his father and asked, "What is the difference between potentially and realistically ?" The father pondered for a while, then answered, "Go ask your mother if she would sleep with Robert Redford for a million pounds. Then, ask your sister if she would sleep with Brad Pitt for a million pounds. Come back and tell me what you have learned." So the boy went to his mother and asked, "Would you sleep with Robert Redford for a million pounds ?" The mother replied, "Of course I would. I wouldn't pass up an opportunity like that !!" The boy then went to his sister and said, "Would you sleep with Brad Pitt for a million pounds ?" The girl replied, "…

Got this stuff in 2 bottles. In the end you end up flushing the thing about 7-8 times because its, empty, full with water put content in, idle for 30 mins, empty, fill with hot water, run for 5 mins, flush water and then fill with cold water, then bottle 2 with doing the same. Took a good 2 hours to do it. But the water that came out was all greasy and yucky at times. Worth doing though I think. 1 less you know you have done, and it seems to cool my engine better. Stuart

A man goes to the doctor and says: "Doctor, there's a piece of lettuce sticking out of my bottom." The doctor asks him to drop his trousers and examines him. The man asks, "Is it serious, doctor?" and the doctor replies, "I'm sorry to tell you but this is just the tip of the iceberg." ........come on, you ALL know you're going to be telling that to your mates later, claiming it as you own! ;)
