If anyone is trying to get hold of me in the next few weeks then bear with me if I don't get back quickly. Been absolutely flat out on a wave power generation project for past year and finally going to commission it for the next 3 weeks or so until Xmas. Problem is it's in the orkneys so communication I belive is a bit sporadic! Link below if anyone interested http://www.flickr.com/photos/aquamarinepower/5957647939/in/photostream

As per the title really, anyone fancy photoshopping some rims for me? I'm trying to wonder what finish to get but I can't make up my mind and don't want to get it wrong and the motor to look crap as a result. So far on PCGB we've had one go at making them anthracite-ish with a pokished rim, and it just came out looking like a dirty wheel lol. Would appreciate it if anyone has a few mins and fancies helping :) Cheers,

Well, i know he was working away, but i was in slight contact with him. Now, i haven't heard from him for weeks and weeks. He's been online a couple of times, but not posted. Does anybody know what he's doing or where he's working? He's not replying to text messgaes or answering calls. I know steams spoke to him a few weeks ago, and he said he'd call me, but ive heard nothing from him. Getting a bit worried now.

After 12 1/2 years we had to make the decision to have faithful friend put to sleep, some may remeber we lost our other one last summer suddenly. Sasha was the little side kick who despite being small had the attitude of a lion and would take on any size dog. We had the pair of them for 12 years and they were never apart, through all the good times and the bad, they were always there to make things better. She accepted our new arrivals without problems and looked after them. Sasha had a heart issues but the medication didn't cure and having to make that decision was heart breaking even though it ended her suffering. This happened Monday but only now can I type this so her…

Was supposed to be getting my zed back today, so was waiting feverishly at the window like a dog waiting for it's owner to come home. Anyway, I had a sudden feeling that it's not going to come today. 5 minutes later I had a phone call to tell me that all 3 of the bodyshops flatbeds had had some form of problem today, 2 had broken down and one had a flat tyre! As the one with the flat was running two hours behind the manager told him not to drop mine off as he didn't want me getting it in the dark. Fully agreed with him on that. But now have to wait until tomorrow :sweatdrop: Not moaning as such but things like this are always happening to me, would be nice …

I need to price up a fairly large, and ongoing job, but so far quotes haven't been forthcoming so I thought I'd try on here... It's basically to supply components for pallet construction, initially enough to produce 250/ day. The pallets will be single use within UK, so ISPM15 doesn't apply, meaning the timber won't require heat-treatment or fumigation. Cheers, Rich

After 2 years on contract my iphone 3Gs is up for renewal. It's taken ages to decide what to get but found: - iPhone 4S was not the iPhone 5 everyone was expecting so i'm out - Galaxy Nexus was perfect until i found out it didn't have expandable memory, the amoled display was an inferior design and the gorilla glass wasn't actually gorilla glass. That said it's a lovely phone if you don't want to chuck a load of music/video on - HTC Rezound, i was really disappointed to find out that this wasn't being released in the uk as it's not quad band :( So that left the Galaxy Note which i was worried would be too large to carry round as a phone but after finally f…

  22. What a fooking great day ive had. Get last call of the day to a blocked sink. Turn up, and yep its blocked, try clearing, but no good, ask tenant if toilet is ok, replies all good.check the manhole cover and all appears good. Next step is to cut the pipe under the kitchen cupboards to get access to the straight run of pipe in order to use drain rods, start cutting the pipe and yep the sound you dont want to hear, gurgling and bubbling in the pipe. then BANG, the upstairs toilet, and about 4 mtrs of blocked soil pipe, find a new route not to the sewer as before, but lets go to the kitchen and play there. You name it, it came out of the pipe and discharged into the k…
