Has anyone shipped an interior recently? I'm looking to ship two front seats & rear seats. Can only find Paisley Freight who would do it. Is there any other courier companies?

Have rules changed? Do you still have to have a donor vehicle Mot'd to be able to transfer number to another vehicle or put on retention? In the past that's what you had to do to take the number of a barn find/rust bucket but think the rules may have changed but can't find it on DVLA site & no offices now of course!!

The reason I have been a bit quiet over some months, Bills cancer came back after xmas, and after a very tough battle borne with great dignity he passed away last Saturday morning at home in my arms. We were only 8 short years together but he was the love of my life, even at this old age. I know some of you met him and he was a really good man, fun, generous and full of life. While Bill knew absolutely nothing about cars especially Zs he fully supported my interest in them. Also on another sad note for those that remember him I had only heard a few weeks ago that Chewie also lost his wife Adelle in April.

Ever since I watched the exploration of the moon back in the sixties and seventies, I have always dreamt of owning an Omega Moonwatch. Well, several years later, (and I meen several) I have finally realised my dream, thanks to my bosses generosity in allowing me to choose a watch for my 25 years of dedicated service. I cannot thank them enough. I could not believe the attention to detail and quality throughout, even the packaging and presentation boxes are immaculate. Cannot wait to adjust the bracelet and get the thing up and running.

So my SSR 3 piece wheels will be going for a full refurb, question is, what finish should I go with?? These wheels are only a stop-gap until I decide what I want regarding brakes and setups (keep the 6 piston SRT8's and go 19's). If the brakes don't sell, the Veilsides will go on the red Z with the Porsche Brembo's and I'll go 19's on the blue Z with the SRT8 calipers, (19's would look better proportioned on a LWB than a SWB) So, question is ... do I get the centre's painted silver, gold, black, white, gunmetal, dark chrome etc and polish the rims, polish the rims and centre's or what?? Gold, chrome, black or black chrome bolts?? Probably sell these off in a …

This is Glastonbury where I live. Most know it for the infamous yearly music festival. It is however a very small ancient town in rural Somerset dating back some 6,000 years and is steeped in myth and legend. We had a visit from Thor last night to our ancient Isle of Avalon and someone snapped these awesome photos of the lightening beating down on Glastonbury Tor.

If you have not seen this piece of news yet then. A Canadian Sniper has recently broken the record for a confirmed long range kill. In the field at 3540metres or around 2.2 Miles away. More detailed view here: https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/06/22/canadian_sniper_3450m_shot_iraq/ Was it a fluke? In my view - no way, he will have had a customised weapon and I bet the armourer will know exactly who made that shot, lots of factors involved, sure he could have missed but he made it. I'm not a fan of wars but this is impressive and instances like this just show what can be achieved with a combination of skill and great technology. Here is a guy that takes his jo…
