Im still grining :D, who ever doubts the poise of a Z at speed is 'avin a laugh, ok the skylark took me in traffic ...but 1/3 of a tank of gas in 20 min, 158 mph on Hanger strait totaly spanking every inch of 'gods' tarmac Russles/woodcote/brooklads, corners what a truly exeptional moment in my life! Drifting a Z @ ? is ...Well it must be done .......I even forgot to see the chequred flag & kept going ffs!..Got me moneys worth! Morning...or is it afternoon? Whatever...;) Driving north into Hinkley last night I saw a white van (transit/boxer type) facing away from the traffic flow on my side, it was completely unmarked. The rear of the van had a gap at the top 8-10 inches high, spanning the whole width of the van across it with 2 or 3 CCTV style camera facing the traffic flow. The gap had a flap which was open to let the "cameras see out... The traffic was v heavy so the cars were only crawling, and there were a couple of traffic police cars a couple of miles further up :confused: which seemed to be observing traffic. Whats going on?? Does anyone know what the van was doing? …

I am really confused now. I bought an immaculate N/A with 14k miles on the clock. Everyone who has looked at it says it is a really tidy car, in REALLY good condition, especially the bodywork. But.....I want a TT. My car is wine metallic (check out my rides page) and the tweed interior looks like the car was driven out the showroom yesterday. But....I want a TT. The engine purrs nicely. It is nice and fast compared with what I am used to. But I have driven a TT, and I WANT A TT. I love my new z, but I WANT A TT. I do not think I will see one with as low a milage (assuming it IS correct). I don't think I will see one that looks as new as this. why am I not s…

i was searching on some zx sites looking for a chip for my 95zx and i came across this. 1995: Windshield washer reservoir relocated to under the hood instead of in the trunk. Front facia becomes body colored, instead of being a gay strip. (Colors not known) im pretty safe as i have a 95, but has anyone actually seen the gay strip :S

OK, went out for my birthday bash last night, and came back to find my daily drive had gone walkabout. Not the Z, thank god, but the astra. Still, having your car pinched is a sh1te thing to happen. Scum bags. Wish I could find out who it was. See how they like having their hands removed.

I took a digi picture of my car to use as an avatar, in Photoshop I have shrunk it down to 34 x 25 pixels, a resolution of 10 pixels per inch and its still 13k in size. How in the world will I get it to the required 5k max ? John

Finaly,after many months have wired up the temp,boost,oil clocks, theres a mass of wires behind there now,nice colours,the kids think its great,:D Big thanks to SRRAE(Stuart)for info and help after i got confused:eek: cheers mate. While my baby zed is in the garage getting sorted iv purchased a shit banger of a mk2 golf gti 16v for a bargain price of £275 got alloys and a good stereo, just to get me around. Hope some of you I.T. whizz kids can help as my knowledge of computers is very basic. Although I can log on ok, and search the web etc, when I try to read my mail cannot get into outlook express to read my emails. It starts to open up then crashes. The mouse pointer turns into the microsoft logo and thats it. to get out of it I have to press ctri alt delete. I have checked the system best I can, but no luck. I have about 40 emails waiting but cannot access them. All the information tells you what to do with a dodgy modem, but not my problem. I've been told it has got corrupted files, but checks don't show it, and I thought zeds were bad! Any Ideas woul…

Hi all Saw a very yellow Z in Richmond this afternoon - UK TT. Wandered over to talk to the driver while the car was stuck in traffic and got pulled away by my missus when she saw it was being driven by a girl !! Anyone on here ? Shortly followed by a white TT in Richmond Park - sounded very nice as it burbled past me. Again - anyone on here ? Mark

I'm having a new boost controller fitted next weekend so if anyone wants this old boost controller you are welcome to have it. Its quite old but works very well. I would have put it in for sale section but i dont think its worth that much so who ever wants it they can buy me a beer :) Cheers Kirbz

I can't belive it, some f***ing B***** went to the trouble to nick the valve covers on my tyres, What is the world coming to if people nick such small things that can be bought for a fiver. Hello people, Ive just had my alpine screen fitted to day and the screen rolls down :rolleyes: Anyone know what this might be. It was fitted profesionally but it did do it in my mates car after a hands free kit was fitted, before that if was fine. We just presumed it was the hands free wiring or something, but it sounds like there might be a problem. Any ideas??? Thanks Kirbz
