Guys, Put the car through the MOT and it would seem that the o/s rear tyre has a stress fracture on the inside. The tread seems to be coming away from the tyre and quite rightly so, they failed me on it. Its a dunlop 9000 sprt, £200 worth of tyre?!? Is this a common problem as the tyres are only 9 months old and have about 25% tread left. The n/s rear has a tear on the outside so I am replacing the two. I got two 255/35/18 for £360 all in, dunlop 9000 sports to match the front two. Is this a good price???

A bus carrying only ugly people crashes into an oncoming truck, and everyone inside dies. They then get to meet their maker, and because of the grief they have experienced; he decides to grant them one wish each, before they enter Paradise. They're all lined up, and God asks the first one what the wish is. "I want to be gorgeous," and so God snaps His fingers, and it is done. The second one in line hears this and says "I want to be gorgeous too." Another snap of His fingers and the wish is granted. This goes on for a while but when God is halfway down the line, the last guy in line starts laughing. When there are only ten people left, this guy is rolling on the f…

Just had this through from work - thought it might be of interest to those with Sony mobiles... Sony Ericsson have identified an issue with one type of their CST-13 mobile phone chargers. There have been a small number of cases in the UK, where a pressure build-up in the charger has caused the top plastic part of the charger to break off. If this happens it may leave the electronics of the charger exposed. This could pose a risk of electric shock or a fire if the charger is close to flammable material. Sony Ericsson are currently working closely with their supplier to get a full understanding of what causes this malfunction. The charger has been shipped as…

For those of you that have seen 2fast2shitty (first one was ten times better). The skyline at the beggining of the film has this atmospheric nos release kit which in my opinion is bit of a attention seeking device but can be quite fun to use. I WANT IT !!! :D :D  Just wanted to know if any1 on here knows any1 who has got 1. Also why arent there any zeds in that film. I say we boycott all fast2furious films till they get a zed in there. (i know that will never happen but still) Fas (getting a wide arch bum)

Sitting in my office waiting for the next person to update the "Z Story" thread, I heard a loud CRUNCH! I ran out to the front of the building and couldn't see any reason for it, but there was loads of glass on the floor. I just checked the CCTV and saw this......... A woman in a red Peugeot 306 dropped someone off at our front entrance. She drove up the road a few yards, then reversed back again. It looked like she was about to do a three point turn when she suddenly veered into the HUGE ORANGE SKIP situated near the front door. The skip smashed her rear window and ripped open her tailgate hinge and roof!! THEN SHE DROVE OFF!!! Didn't stop to get out and look, …

Going to TRAX about 12 ish yesterday dinnertime, going down the A43 towards Silverstone, I pulled up behind a scooby. He obviously thought that the 300ZX isnt capable of much and started to accelerate! Caught up with him very quickly and stayed behind his arse all the way up to 120mph and then we came to a left hand uphill bend. So, as you do, decided to floor it, 145mph round the outside of this scooby, out cornered him (not sure how) but totally kicked this scoobies ass!!!:D :D Funniest part was that afterwards, bout 2ish, I was wondering around silverstone and the scooby owner went over to TONYC and had a chat with him about how he thought his scooby was q…

I found a site in the US called Z1 Motorsports that sells the Strosek-style kit that featured on a thread here a few weeks ago - a blue nose without any provision for indicators that would get broken off on the first speed hump. I rang them to ask about it and they told me it was a kit produced by a company called V12 in the States - $3000 for the complete kit and $1000 just for the nose !! - but also that it was available from Paul Bailey in the UK. Does anyone know if he's still involved in kits and stuff for the Z ? I also looked at the Strosek site. There was a great looking Z on there in Graphite but no prices - anyone have any info ? Cheers …

Nitrous' Biggest Advantage Apart from the huge power increases available, the most major advantage that a nitrous system provides is that it is there at the flick of a switch. When the system is not armed, the car will drive as it did before the system was fitted. No lumpy idle, harsh fuel consuption or running hot. No need to run high octane fuel or additives. This makes it the perfect method of tuning for cars used daily, or those with engines that don't respond well to alternative forms of tuning, the Si 16v's 1600 Zetec being a prime example. As most nitrous systems with a mild to medium power increase require no internal engine work, they can easily be tr…
