It gets a bit windy round here - Burnham On Sea (near weston super mare) the wind comes straight up the Bristol channel and hits land at about 100mph. Was driving along the seafront just now and ..whoosh.. got overtaken by a massive flying section of J.D.Whetherspoons fence. It kinda done a loop infront of me , scary, i thought shit its coming back!

Between Friday gone and Yesterday, I covered just over 500 miles in the Z. I used the A38, A50, M6, M1, North Circular and town roads. Even got chance to use the new M6 Toll. My Z didn't miss a beat and it's currently on 136K. I averaged at 90mph on the M-way and I got about 300 miles to each tank full. Maybe a bit less on the second one because I had to put a scooby in it's place and then I had a bit of fun with a gorgeous Red Audi RS6. Not bad for an old boy I'd say.

Hi Guys, first and formost great job on the new Website looks amazing, nice. Okay heres my question - does anyone know a neat way (inside and outsideof the car) of adding rear fog lights to Jap imported Zeds? The Guys who imported my SWB have just stuck a small switch under the dash and rewired so it now activates the nearside rear brake light, to get it through the MOT/UK requirements. As well as just not being too pretty (the switch doesnt fit properly, and falls out when its knocked by my knee) I also get an annoying brakelight out warning whenever I touch the brakes. My console has a switch blanking plate on the right hand side of the steering colum…

Ive got a question? I have a UK TT auto 91 with 132k miles. All past MOT's and two previous owners. I am really very impressed that imports have so little milage on them! I know the japs are smaller than us, so is Japan small too! I will look this up. Also I hear that there are restrictions on thier roads limiting their milage use per year? Are the garages like Z specialists out there? Or are they all NISSAN dealers! Why are imports all around 10 years old? Do they pass a yearly MOT after the 3 years or what! And who translates all this Japanese documentation for the potential buyers?? Just curious  Arthur

What would you say was a fair trade in price for the K Reg Fairlady import twin turbo Automatic, 89,000km Well maintained, fancy pearlesent red (inside andout). Full mot. Imported last year. Trying to decide if this dealer is in line. We were going to trade for a Manual import, but the gear box on this has gone!!! They drove it from Liverpool to Bradford in 2nd gear  Still looking for a manual so was on the net today and now think this dealer was a bit low. Any comments appreciated :)

ebay auction I've asked this before about another car, but like a load of people do I have a look on eBay now and again to see what people are selling. This car has been on and off eBay for months now, and obviously no buyer... The guy has supposedly spent about £8500 on the car...but no receipts to prove it. It's supposed to be up for features in 'several car magazines' but he's getting rid of it for £6500? I know (by experience!) you can buy a car then have to sell it because you run out of money, suddenly need cash to stop killing yourself with debt etc, I just wondered what was wrong with it? Too specialised/modded too much? Anyone seen it or even gone to lo…

Downloaded it and have it on disc, looks wicked to play but everything is in Japanese! Cars are plentyful(took a GTR34 through New York earlier) and the small details like reflections, smoke and sunlight are awsome. If anyone has a chipped PS2 and wants a copy let me know. Bob

  16. I didn't realise that when you post a reply to a thread you are automatically subscribed to it ... Seem to subscribed to well over 20 threads. I can list them but want to unsubscribe from them. Is there an easy way to do it in one go or do I have to go into each thread and manually unsubscribe using the drop-down menu? When posting a reply I always select "no e-mail notification" because I don't want to receive more e-mails than I already do. However, if I select "do not subscribe" then I'm not subscribed but still get e-mail notification ... Is it possible to have both options available? Your help - as always - is much appreciated. Regards,

Well guys and gals- we're off in the morning to Eilat for 8 days in the sun. I've not taken a proper holiday for 7 years ever since I started my gardening business. It's been a sh#t winter working in lousy weather, cold and wet. My wife too is zonked after a season of very hard work with long hours under great pressure. So we can't wait till the morning - all the packing is done!!! Two huge fecken suitcases!!! CU all soon, Geoff.

Just a note to say that I'd like to edit the 'impression' created by the two top thread in the open forums. Both are 'Forum Downgrade' and both have me as the poster. They are, of course the same post, showing in two section for reasons best known to those who know best! AND - I am now quite happy with the state of the forum, though I still can't work out how to quote someone elses post on my replies! Thanks for listening, but I think it's time for my nap now, Nurse....

Ok people, we have a dilemma. Recently our friend who most of you will know as "Matt from Adder" or just in general, Matt Steele decided that he was going to take us out and show us how to drift. This has unfortunately ended up in "a really Gay crash, I wasn't going that fast." in Matt's own words. The front end of his 200sx has been stoved in and needs a bit of restoration, but here is where the dilemma lies. Matt's mum is not going to be impressed with this story, so we need a great excuse for her. So far we have: 1) A small asian boy was picking cockles from the side of the East Lancashire Road and Matt didn't spot him until the last minute. How he miss…
