Was driving home tonight in my mitsi, long and boring drive down from Northampton. Hit my local roads, over took a vauxhall and toed it away, with the vauhall in chase. Went through the twistys (a mile long road totally clear bar me and the vauxhall) and slowed down for the residential bit, after about another 3/4 mile the vauxhall turns on the flashing blues and pulls me.ffs I am being reported for dangerous driving to the CPS, seems the copper thinks I endagered him and his colleagues life by "forcing " them to pursue me. And I never even noticed the tow rope... My thoughts are this...if my driving was so dangerous, why did they pursue me and thus endange…

just got my renewal letter through the door. Last year i was paying around 1360 tpft with 0ncb on a swb manual NA import. The quote for renewal is 951. Better than i expected and not so bad considering ive just turned 21. Going to try a few other places first though, just incase. Also going to see what kind of price i will be quoted if i insure it as my second car, using a 1L polo for my daily drive.

Just like to say a big thanks to Frank (and luke from the zed centre who supplied all the bits) for the top job they did on my car, was quoted well over 4k for the same work to be done in hampshire and a stunning job has been done for under 2k!! I did moan a bit here previously about the amount of time it was taking but that was just me being an impatient git and it was well worth the wait! :) got a glimpse of Lukes car while I was there on the weekend which is still very much a work in progress but by all acounts it's going to be a beast when its finished! I look forward to seeing the final product! Thanks again chaps! :bow:

my father in law has just moved abroad and has given is loads of bits from his attic, including an origional motorola mobile phone that is so big it has a shoulder strap. one of the items was a beatles ep from 1967 called magical mystery tour, in the form of a book with singles inside the 2 covers. its a vgc and is a mono version. anybody know how much i could sell it for.

Hi Guys, The other half had the tv on a shopping channel this morning, and it was advertising a product called Cataclean, for cleaning the cats obviously. Anybody used it, heard of it or any opinions ?? Company cotact is http://www.shopamerica.co.uk There claims are all backed by individual tests etc and they sing its praises. Sky channel 637 I think. Let me know your thoughts, as I have recently replaced the turbos, the cats would probably be manky !! ;) Only just passed the mot on emmissions, mainly due to a sympathetic examiner. :D Cheers.........

hope somebody can help purchased a 512mb ddr upgrade for my pc, but when i try to fit it it makes my pc crash and the i have to recover the system32/config files. its the same spec as the one i had 184pin 2100 memory. am i doing something wrong or is there something else i cant see

Hi Guys, New to the board, which is excellent by the way. Athe the moment I am giving some very serious thought to buying a ZX. Its probably a dirty word to you guys, but I currently drive a Lexus Soarer 2.5TT and was wondering if any of you can give me some positive feedback on the ZX, compared to the Soarer. Taking a quick look around your board, it seems that the ZX is extremely expensive to maintain. Some help would also be appreciated it what to look out for in terms of problems before I purchase. As an alternative, I may even consider doing a straight swap with my Soarer. Look forward to hearing your considered opinions. Martin

As you crawl past the slip road there's always some dickhead who is so desperate to get on that he crosses the chevrons and wedges the bonnet of his car in front of you.
