I'll swear a few months ago someone posted a link to leather kits for both standard and SWB 300s. It even had the "Z" logo on it I believe? Anyone know where/how much?

S.F.T.R. NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT! http://www.steerfromtherear.co.uk As some of you may be aware, some not aware, but S.F.T.R. are not doing Max London this year! If you look on our website under the Max London Thread you will see their excuses in the form of a letter stating that it was due to damage to the floor! This month’s max magazine uses several pictures of our cars to advertise the event! And to rub salt into an open wound they are running a competition to have people come to the show to do donuts! We are not happy as using our cars is implying, S.F.T.R. will be here as well. A slight sway to false advertising I think! I have read about a few p…

 A collegue found the following on his Discovery forum... These statements were made by the same person, who resides somewhere in Georgia in the good old US of A, on the DISCO2.com technical forum (so for "emergency brake" read "handbrake"): "The brake, T.C., ABS, & Hill Descent warning lights continously on after emergency brake was pulled to prevent accident." "I used the emergency brake because of the situation I was in. I needed to stop immediatley- no room for error. The brakes worked fine but even heavy brake application with traction control would still have caused damage to others." PMSL  What a :xxx: !!! :slap: :nono: Also…

Being a Reading boy I was particularly shocked at that latest crash- especially as I use the line from time to time. I guess there is the same risk everywhere as these level crossings are all over Britain. But what do you guys think about the guy comitting suicide? Surely he did not realise that he would cause so much carnage- shame he couldnt have quietly done the deed elsewhere or just stood there instead of having the mota on the line. I know 1000's die on roads each year, so I shouldnt rant too much.

Great bunch of lads, did my gearbox swap for my last saturday and let me hang around all day and get in the way asking questions and watching them work. Realy helpfull and they love the Zeds, they all own them too. Realy worked late to get it all done for me that day and would recermend them to anyone in the southend area who wants someone to work on their Zed that they can trust.

Well people, It's been exactly 2 months since my Z departed to Edinburgh to it's new permenant home. Life has been strange without the beast in the driveway and the journeys to work and back have definately not been as exciting. My main reason for selling was to save a bit of money to start my own business but it has been very difficult to find the right type of location. My current ride is a 1992 Cav SRi 2Ltr 8V. Nippy but certainly no super car. So, what are the main differences between the Z and the SRi? Well, I can't overtake 5 cars in one go now, I now need half a mile to over take 1 car, I don't have 2 SQV's sounding off at every gear change, I no lo…

As part of my never ending commitment to my job, I was requested to go to Las Vegas last week to an automotive exhibition. Whilst there there were a few things of interest, there were several stands with L.E.D lights, special paints and Bling parts( I even saw a chromed alternator and starter), in fact virtually everything to do with cars. Upstairs there was a GT40 replica you could buy 0-60 in 3.2 secs 200mph and you could buy them for 43,000 dollars (about £27,000). There was a 350Z kitted out inside and it looked superb I tried to memorise what they had done cause it was really suprising, if someone explained how it looked it would sound cheap but it really was n…

Right, the time has come to forget all inter club banter for the time being, we have bigger fish to fry. Namely the yanks!!! Check this post out on their corvette forum, someone posted a top gear vid of hammond reviewing their corvette. Being the yanks they failed to see the humour in the vid and there response is, and i quote " nuke em". Its time to go yank slagging, anyone up for it? *url removed*

Like to say a big thanks to Dave C for getting my replacement gearbox out on time and for all you work getting ready in the short timescale I needed it ready by. The box runs realy nicely, feel like I've got 20% more power at the wheels compared to my old box (but it was shagged). Thanks mate, will be using you for parts in the future. :duffer:

Thinking of getting a cheap (read under £3K) 4x4 as a second car. Like the look of the Cherokee Jeep 4L, the Frontera LWB and I think the Isuzu Trooper 3L? Anyone have any experience with these or recommend a different one? Like most 4x4s it wont be going off road really - just fancy a bigish motor for the wet and icy country lanes. Fuel economy would be a factor too. Ta

I've heard tell the first organised cruise is happening, TV coverage and convoys coming from all over the place. Trade stands etc. I was wondering if anyone else has heard, has any more details and if you're planning on going, maybe we can meet up and convoy into Southend? I know there are a few members who reside in Southend on here, do you know what's happening?

Hallo boys and girls - I am having problems with setting up a form on Dreamweaver. My hosting company has descended into tech gibberish and a couple of hours googling has given me double-vision and a headache. If there is anyone out there who knows how to setup a form in Dreamweaver to email details and also how to setup my test website so I can test this before I upload it, please pm or email. The Great Zed Buddha will surely bless you :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:
