went to me local asda this evening to develop a few piccys i took of todays little excursion... on way back home abiding by the speed limit through a busy town feckin white new transit races right up to the back of my bumper about 1 foot away!! waN%er!!! i slowed down to make a point so he only tries to overtake (NOOOB) bad idea cos i just accelerated again so he had to pull in again :nono: he then learned to keep a reasonable distance :xxx: what is it when normal every day people get behind the wheel of a van they think they are fecking nigel mansell and indestructable im so furious gurrrrr rant over

I was just thinking of how far some members have got to travel to get there. Amazing dedication in the name of fun. I basically live just down the road about 40 miles..... And I think the furthest traveller should get some kind of prize? I know this is similar to Karls poll but is more directed at travelling and not location.

Chris sent me a pic of his moggy whi is suffering from the same problem as he is, no fooking hair. He is also suffering from a case of maggot cock.

A question for the scots members really, I was wondering what this road is like, is it a fast road? loads of traffic slowing you down? what would you say your ave speed would be along this road if driving normally? I'm asking because i'll be taking the Z up there for christmas this year and i'm trying to work out how long it will take. I had a great run tonight. Sun was out and it was warm "Strange for Scotland so you need to take advantage" Targa's off 25mile blast country road "Used it to work twice a day for 10 years so know it quite well" Short straits 2nd gear passing one car at a time and making a space to pull in :) Longer pass the lot "Driving it like a bike" 100mph with the windows down and it's not a problem.. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DRIVERS CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED.. :dance:

Just had a call from Chunk he is at the showground now and he said to let you all know there is lots of speed cameras in the area,so keep your eyes peeled!

Received a phone call earlier, to tell me that my Zed is ready to pick up. I work in Peterborough (near where JAE is being held). I understand police have closed part of the city centre - not kown why but we can guess!. I don't think it's anything to worry about and it's a good distance from JAE which is west of the city so if you're going to JAE, please don't worry.

Now i dont know if you know but i deffo didnt know that bird 5hit can damage your paint work overnight? I was told that left alone it can eat into the paint but a bird must have 5hat on my bonnet last night coz it was cleaned yesterday well rinsed anyway? but no BS was present. I got in S'morning and a small blob of it was screaming at me. so I took the car for a jet wash. Now I have a big blister in my laquer on my bonnet so beware it dont take Bird 5hit long to eat your paint?

When I originally imported my Zed it had already been dropped to within an inch of its life with Bilstein shocks, struts and springs. It vastly improved the handling but has made it a bit of a nightmare with the amount of "traffic calming" speed bumps on the roads today :mad: , always catching the front bumper (and multi storey car parks are a thing of the past). This has been something I could live with (just!) until now.
