I've got to get to ZTech tomorrow and weighing up my options. I can go to Bournemouth and catch train at a cost of £35.90, 2 hours travelling and going via Reading! Or train from Salisbury, considerably less £15.70 but 1.5 hours via Bath! Either way I've first got to get to the train station both of which are ten miles minimum away from my home. What is most annoying is that ZTech is only 50 miles away yet it looks like I'll have to travel about 100 miles to get there.

I have CD's which i bought in the mid to late eighties when they first arrived and they dont jump or stick. Yet every new cd I buy seems to skip after a few months. If it's a money saving thing on the coating fine, but we are now 20 years later. Surely there are scratchproof coatings out there now :headvswal

Just got off the phone with an acquaintance of mine who imports "Euro" Exotics into Dubai. He's aparently just taken an order for a Brabus Merc CLS V12, twin-turbo which produces 730bhp and 800-odd torques! But better yet was his quote about the brakes: 375mm at the front grabbed by massive 12-pot calipers! The rears are aparently a more worldly 355mm and 6-pot stoppers! He's used to Lambos, Zondas and even the odd Koenigsegg but even this is something special for him! I think a set up like that is in order for our Zeds don't you think! Might actually stop the car ... but I expect that one front disc and caliper might cost more than our cars are actually wor…

In at Bupa Washington hospital in the morning for spinal surgery. Prolapsed disc in my lower spine, giving me mega siatica pains in my left leg/foot. Anyone who saw me at JAE will know how much fookin pain I was in. Wife reckons is all down to "that bloody car". Pointless trying to convince her otherwise, they just don't understand. Doc reckons I won't be able to drive for at least a week and possibly up to 4 weeks off work. Not looking forward to that. Won't be on the forum for a few days so wish me luck. Steve

Please be honest! I recently fitted a new nokia car kit in the Z and found it difficult to fit the phone into the cradle in the dark when entering the car at night. So I took the idea from My wifes KA that when entering the car the courtesy light stays on and then dims down and fades off completeley after so many seconds or until you turn on the ignition. I am in the electronics industry and have started to develope this for the Z so that you can add on a circuit board without cutting any wires or making any cahnges to the existing loom (just plug in). I can understand if you want to say "well just turn the light on" This thread is not about that. I would like to kn…

Looking at buying a new PC but with so many deals out there it's becoming a nightmare! I like the top of the range Sony desktops but then you're talking 1700 squids. But then saying that some of the 500 squid deals banded about in the high street like at Currys and Comet etc. seem quite good to. Then I've been looking on Dell's website and I know that they are well established as excellent value and good quality. Can any of you PC guys chip in and try to help me make my mind up? Not really a big gamer although I might be soon seeing as my new house is gonna have broadband from Monday.

Hope this one isn't as easy as my last one. Once upon a time there lived a king. The king had a beautiful daughter, the princess. But there was a problem. Everything the princess touched would melt. No matter what; metal, wood, plastic anything she touched would melt. Because of this, men were afraid of her. Nobody would dare marry her. The king despaired. What could he do to help his daughter? He consulted his wizards and magicians. One wizard told the king, "If your daughter touches one thing that does not melt in her hands, she will be cured." The king was overjoyed. The next day, he held a competi…

I will give a kiss to the person who gets this right. This useful tool, commonly found in the range of 8 inches long. The functioning of which is enjoyed by members of both sexes. Is usually found hung, dangling loosely, ready for instant action. It boasts of a clump of little hairy things at one end and small hole at the other. In use, it is inserted, almost always willingly, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly, into a warm, fleshy, moist opening where it is thrust in and drawn out again and again many times in succession, often quickly and accompanied by squirming bodily movements. Anyone found listening in will most surely recognize the rhythmic, pulsing sound, re…
