Ok so, I'm joint best man at a wedding next year. My mate Harvey moved to Germany a couple years back and is now marrying a German girl. The wedding is in Germany so half the guests won't speak English. How do we do the best man speech?

right i was pretty good at physics in school but we never coverd this..maybe somone can help in clas we were taught about terminal velocity i.e the constant velocity of a mass falling in earths gravitational pull..which i was shown was approx 126 mph.. so can somone explain how felix broke the sound barrier n not just by the mass of his testies:biggrin:

HI all A while ago, there was a thread put up a metal polish that was so good they wondered why it wasn't being marketed widely and there was alink to the website You get a polishing mit, tins of the stuff etc etc I've lost all my bookmarks after sending my laptop away........... and I can't recover them from the backup Anybody got the link ? A friend of mine has the following problem, he has had it to 2 garages with no luck . One has suggested a sticking valve? Anyone have any idea's? When the car is started from cold it runs awful,ie missing spluttering sometimes cuts out, lack of power,wont pull properly. After 10-15 mins when the engine is warm the car runs ok. (sometimes turning the engine off and restarting makes it better)

Anybody know how much I'd be looking at to get a door painted? Not my zed, got an S class that some little scroat decided to carve his initial on last night! To say i was pissed to see this first thing this morning is an understatement.

How or what can be done to stop forum spam, I am a member on a very small forum that deals with property matters, its less than one year old a couple hundred members but it keeps getting spammed! just as a thread gets interesting a post selling ugg boots or girls or whatever comes up, is there any software or is it a case of watching out for it and getting it deleted by a mod? Any help would be appreciated as the forum is good and do not want it to suffer. Jeff TT

the grant run out next month and may be some time before they start up again, ive just had british gas round to check mine but i have enough in the walls and loft so they wont do anymore, but if you havent had it done google british gas insulation and give them a ring, makes a huge difference to your home in the winter, house stays warmer a lot longer when the heating goes off and it makes a difference in your energy bills just thought i would give you a heads up its not just british gas thats doing it, there are others, but im with british gas so rang them

I've got a set of rear brakes from an R33, they are brembo calipers. Does anyone know what they might be worth? I bought them ages ago and for the life of me cant remember how much for and theyve sat in a box ever since. It was one of my many "i'll get around to that" plans but of course I never have.

Just a quick update on the trip. Didn't take many pics on my iPad in Vegas as i didnt take it out but you can see the view from our room was amazin! We're currently in Lake Tahoe and will be in San Francisco tomorrow. Can't believe it's nearly time to come home. We went to a ghost town called bodie today. It was abandoned in the 1930's after the gold rush ended and its now a state park. Everything's Been kept how it was when it was left. There's furniture in the houses and even a roulette wheel in one of the saloons. Its a must see if your ever around Reno or Yosemite in California. Have a look at the pictures anyway.
