General Discussions - Non 300ZX

after some of the recent HICAS removal threads I am wondering if im the only person who doesnt find it a problem!! I like the way the car handles, maybe a little overweight, but no probs with the 4WS. its a UK car with stock suspension & 17" alloys. who else likes/dislikes the 4WS on our cars. is it just a import thing with speedo convertor problems or what??

As I was hunting down some info on my ECU and other bits I saw this advert/wallpaper for the company and I do like this 300zx its got a nice front end. Its got the same wheels and skirts as mine too.

I need help Went to get falkens fitted the other day and when they were put on it left about 0.5' gap between the rim and the tyre. I have 19' 265/30 toyo proxies on at the moment and the falken was definatley the same 19' 265/30 but the guy wanted me to sign a waver if I left with the new tyres. I ended up putting the old "slick" ones back on and driving miss daisy home! Does anyone know why the tyres wouldnt fit? I checked myself and the falken definatly was printed with the right tyre size! :headvswal I need the tyres changed asap and wondered if anyone has had this problem before?

Just to let everyone know that the final list has been made for the calendars. They will be printed off pretty soon. To remind you, there will be two different calendar styles. Both will be a3. The first will have one main pic, and the other will have a selection of smaller pics. A huge selction of zeds will be featured! I have been reading the End of Oil by Paul Roberts. I haven't finished it - bit heavy for me, but basically it's giving the 'Green' opinion on how soon oil is going to run out and what's going to replace it. Who is worried about climate change - and how soon will it be before we won't be able to run a big zed-type car at all any more?

Well set off at 8am this morning and just got in now!! Dad dropped me off at Manchester airport then plane down to Gatwick then after having a good look at the car i did the deal and drove home!! Reading other threads I thought its time for a poll?

just wondered if a z32 has ever been on top gear. im not a big fan of the program but i watched it on sunday night and just wondered if they'd ever featured one. i remember a few year ago when the 350z came out they were slagin the previous zeds(other than the 240) for been big and slow and they had a bunch of zeds on 240-z31 but no z32. so i just wondered if ones been on, whats been said. i can imagine they wont like it cos it dont cost over £100k. :D

anyone seen the vid of the 300zx on the srb site? 10.60 1/4 mile the camra is facing the speedo and in got to 100mph in 7/8 seconds! anyone know the spec on that?
