Been a while since iv'e been for a spin in the zx, so tonight after cleaning her, we set of for a nice little spin. Getting into the town on the dual, and stopped at lights, a merc E320clk pulls olong my side, woman in mid to late 30's quite smart sat in passanger seat, winds window down and shouts "you dont have a chance, not a chance" so, the next 1/2 mile to the next lights take in 2 roundabouts and a nice straight, at the next lights, i'm sat waiting for them, by a LONG way, not short and would you guess it, the gobby cow has lost her big mouth now lol even mrs T was telling me to go for it to show the merc up lol I'm back in love with my car

I'm toying with the idea of selling my Zed. What do you think I should be asking? It's a 1992 (K reg) J-spec NA, Autobox, leather, all original except 99-Spec rear lights, 6 disc CD player and converted to MPH. It has around 65k miles on it and will shortly be MOT'd. Thanks everyone. Mike...

Something that's been bugging me for a while now was the fried egg effect on my bumper indicators. Not just a simple bulb swap, but fun and games removing a large orange bubble from inside the lens. As you can see, they have a rather nasty orange glow to them even though the indicators themselves are clear. Easy job to do. I know there's a how2 and most know how, but this is what I did. The filter is attached to a little bit of flimsey silver foil, get a screw driver and punch both of these through so they are free from the unit itself. Get a small pair of pliers and a stilson, and start breaking it up. Eventually it'll be broken up e…

Hey guys, the knight rider again!! Ok i'll try to explain this the best i can.... When i come to the car first thing the clutch is fine...bite point at the floor and lots of pressure at the bottom of the travel. However, after driving and obviously using the clutch for a while the bite point rises to the top of the pedal travel and eventually the pedal stops and the clutch isn't engaged properly hence it rides. Now, when i bleed the clutch to relieve this problem it does improve but the bite point is NOT at the floor. Its half way down the pedal. but if left overnight, again the clutch bite point returns to immediately off the floor and the clutch is fine. …

Hi people. some time ago, I mentioned that i can make custom chrome dust caps with any logo enamelled into the top. I am now making these and as a few of you have seen they are a quality item. I am just making a batch for the zed club with the old style zed logo, and wondered if you guys would be interested in sets with our zed logo on? Thought the chaps in charge might like to buy a batch for re-subscription gifts maybe?? they are made from solid brass, Hand polished, and triple chrome plated. They will not corrode or rust on to your valve. They don't have the anti theft mechanism but because they are Brass and the Valve is brass you can nip them up w…

In memory of a great man. Ronnie Barker RIP. -------------------------------------------------------- This was originally shown on BBC TV back in the seventies. Ronnie Barker could say all this without a snigger (though god knows how many takes). Irony is that they received not one complaint. The speed of delivery must have been too much for the whining herds. Try getting through it without converting the spoonerisms [and not wetting your pants] as you read ... -------------------------------------------------------- This is the story of Rindercella and her sugly isters.
