Hi all. I currently drive a Celica ST202 (Gen 6) and before that had a ST185 (Gen 5 GT4) and am after something different and have fell in love with 300zxs. Been looking around pistonheads etc and seem to find myself drawn to fairladys. What is the difference with these and non fairladys? Also what is SWB? Basically im just after a guide to the different models and special editions etc. All advice gratefully received. If I had to say what I was after then id have to say a manual, UK preferable and non turbo. But could be persuaded :)

hey guys. been on the forum a few times but never really posted anything so i decided i would start. im from melbourne (australia) have a 300zx n/a. mods list is to big but the main ones : - full respray in KH2 gunmetal, 4 coats of black pearl. - 19" gmax defiant wheels. (265 on rear) - 2k spec tail lights (not in these photos) - only in 3 - tein HR coilovers - cusco strut brace the car is only really at 80% completed. still full engine work to be done as well as exhaust etc. but on to the photos. hope you love her as much as i do :cool: the friday before 2k spec tail lights and tech day happened…

hi, im looking to get my first 300zx, im after a swb, manual TT, id like a 1994, but dont know much about them, i currently have an s13 200sx, which leaves 300zx behind off the line, but its too slow up top, could anyone tell me what to look out for when getting a zx any common faults? things to check when buying, cheers ash.

Hey all, Im currently 20 and when i turn 21 in december was looking to get a 300zx :p Always loved them and want a bit more horsepower then i have now in my Impreza Sport. Scouring some ads again as I have been for years now and ZX's seem to vary quite a lot in terms of prices. Traders seem to be offering some models cheap and again so do Private owners....and then again similar age/spec models are being sold for much greater amounts by both parties again. Of course I'm aware it maybe down to quality/service history etc etc etc......it's just setting a bench mark for a decent model which is the key thing to me. I have had my first 300zx for two months now and in this time i have been trying to get hold of an original 300zx rear spoiler and cant get one from any where other than nissan and at 500 quid a time its a bit steep, dose any one have one for sale, or know anyone that has, this is doing my head in. Hello all . Nice to be here , i've been into jap cars for years i've own 3 R32skylines GTS , GTS-T and GTS4 , R32 best looking of all skylines. Mitsibushi Evolution 1 GSR , Scooby wagon (crap lol) and a N/A Mitsibushi GTO. i wouldn't own a MK4 N/A Supra as i think they are so over-price and slow. Now i'm looking to buy a 300zx but i know nothing about them apart you need to up-grade the oil cooler on a auto transmisson , if thats true . Hi guys i dont own a 300 yet but im looking into buying one seems like a cheap choice for some uber power with out breaking the bank, but the question is do i get the turb or none turb ? I dont know a lot about this car but after doing some reading seem its prolly best to get a 1994+ modle.. Any tips advice would be cool plz Cheers :hyper:
