  1. Hey, did you decide to get it covered?! If not why NOT...?!
  2. I ordered the oem steering wheel emblem yesterday for my 95' Z since the car is totally black inside besides the carbon fiber pieces. Thanks for the insight!
  3. Hey I have carbon fiber Hydrodipped wiper arms fronts only and other RHD interior bits I'm selling soon!!!
  4. CONGRATS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful bride
  5. I will certainly modify it again!!! This time it will not leave the house. It was simple I just took off an inch from the shaft and made a shift rod that goes in the shaft an inch shorter then had it welded back... Put it back and it LOOKED awesome! I left the option of going lower if I needed to Too bad I didn't get a chance to install it, try it out and take pix.... Before "you know" :glare: Once I get it all shipped back again I will post a tutorial. Chris at LeatherWheels.com is doing the knob again and Mike from Redlinegoods.com is doing the bootcover again.
  6. Let's say...... Hypothetically..... Ummmmm some smart guy decided to remove the console again to find a rattle that he found and being a car guy wanting to tinkle more... so I (ummm him lol) took the shifter assembly to add more screws to the shift boot base and to work on shortening the shaft an inch. He had meeting for a few days so He took it with him did the mod, it was looking great!!!!!!. Decided to put a creamy conditioner on it, put it on the bed of the truck in the DoubleTree parking lot, took a couple of business calls, daughters needed him(took family too), ran back in to meet other contractors, had dinner, took lil ones to get swim caps, etc! He didn't think about it until the next morning when one of the general contractors(that he met on check it saw the assembly, who talked his love of sports cars, owns a Dodge Stealth RT & Z31) said, "how did your shifter grip turn out? I wanna see it." Went back to the room and remembered it was left on the truck with the dremel, small tool case... Needless to say it was all stolen!!!!! That's right.... Hypothetically that's what happened. and the smart guy feels like a dummy!!!!
  7. I haven't and you're right they look very similar!!!! Thanks
  8. Thanks man!!! There's a couple guys on the 300zxclub forum that were helping me out. I think the shipping from the UK to the US would be a bit I believe... Or is it higher from me to you?! But anyway I sourced an ole one from Z1 very cheap! Joel at Z1 was great since I had a little issue on another order and it's not like they sell probably more that 3 auto shifters yearly... LOL..! I'm still waiting on another one to try another stitching, leather combo & modification with.
  9. Long story short I need another automatic gear shift knob! I can't find one anywhere. Maybe you manual conversion guys may have one or have access to one. Let me know ASAP! Any condition! Hey will a 1989 - 1996 maxima auto knob work it looks the same! Thanks The Ikon
  10. NemesizX I wish you were near me! I have a few ideas for my car that I'll have you help me with! Great work
  11. Dan I love your Hydrodip!!!!!!!! Richard nice Z brother!!!
  12. . Love the gauges...! Got a night pic? Which brand?
  13. Ummm Mikey are you saying if "you" choose a crappy looking set of wheels and don't like the look.... That you'll consider selling your car?! WHAT?!!!! It's not the car's fault! LOL :chris:
  14. ok I need glasses looking in my smart phone... What's is this? Front lip diffuser?
  15. In Mississippi in the USA it's simply UNBEARABLE without AC!!! We literally need AC from April until October! During the months of June-early September we could have many 90-100f deg days with the heat indexes of 115f and our humidity is stifling! So no AC no car
  16. Look nice! I'm sure it's a lil taut! Are they adjustable so you can tweak the height and comfort
  17. Yeap!!! The first thing people say is " 60,000 miles aren't up"... And I'll say 4 years or 60k. My car's PO had the car approx for 6 years and driven in 7k miles and stated "it was changed 20k miles ago" and I said to him if there's not record of it done within the last 4 years it's not done and I'm deducting my cost to get it serviced. You can't risk it!
  18. TT is absolutely gorgeous!
  19. Not sure if he sold it... It was at a high of $5000 U.S. And he didn't accept that! I Know because I was that bidder... He can get a bill of sale title in most states and it may take a little time. Also if I bought it I'll restore the paint and add a radio And show it at car shows or let a Nissan/Datsun museum show it with a video loop and display.
  20. side mirror with blinker was purchased where?
  21. Actually look nice with you car...
  22. Kool!!! Glue or double sided adhesive
