  4. Argh, south London probably wouldn't be easy for me, I have a mate in St Albans but it's m25. Let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you, might be able to grab Saturday 4th if that would be okay from Wales? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  5. Weirdly that could actually work out for me... where abouts? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  6. Ouch, where are you based full time? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  7. Seems nice enough as she sits, you've got a gem there by the look of it Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  8. Eeeeee, could do without courier fees, when do you leave and come back? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  9. The full car is getting bodywork and a spray so not too worried about paint and body haha Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  10. Where in Wales are you? You're a long way away from me but I'm going to Cornwall on holiday shortly so I could probably pick up on the way back? Would be towards the end of June though Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  11. What's wanting doing with yours Sean? I'm looking the same as you, ready for mot and then everything else can be long term, she's eligible for classic now - '91 JDM grey import :) Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah, shortie targa with the standard leak from the roof! How much are you looking? As you can see this one will be an absolute pain to fix haha! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  13. Manual NA, needs sills and some arch remedies, also new tailgate. Pics are from day I bought it. If you know what the alloys are PLEASE God tell me cause I've no idea and there's a hubcap missing :( looks like it's been a project somebody never finished, or even started. Paid 800 for her, been a dream since I was young so I snapped his hands off, truthfully I was expecting it to be an auto when I asked him about it, literally was driving past a car breakers and saw it was there Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  14. Nah its not that it's cause I'm 20 and like feeling like I'm doing okay ;) although she needs an awful lot of work before she's perfect haha Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  15. That's fine, you may proceed with Z ownership ;) looks good that mate! Standard niggly bits that want sorting but that's part of owning nice cars! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  16. As long as it's a 300 and not a Micra ;) Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  17. Sorry, I think my post came out a little more abruptly than I intended, it was a little tongue in cheek, but I think it's a valid point that these are getting more and more rare, especially the slicktops Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  18. If you strip the silver na then I'll have the shell off you though, let me know Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  19. Sorry mate but I can't agree with a donor for that kind of corrosion, get a decent welder and get stuck in ;) Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  20. Sills and arches? Behave, a bit of fab and welding at that will be sorted! Certainly less labour that a full engine transplant at a (garage) estimate of 14 hours! Mine is a lot worse that this and I'm not even looking at donor bodies! Keep as many as we can alive guys because it's the donor body mentality that is killing these off! We all knew when we bought these that this is a very real risk and given the Japanese preloaded rust from the factory it's something we have to deal with but why make 2 cars one? Can't understand it, put the graft in and be happy knowing you have! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  21. Welcome to the club Sean, out of curiosity how old are you? I like to think I might be the youngest on here with a real z ;) Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  22. As in one of the reflectors has been replaced or what? A thought has struck me that it may be a UK spec light that's been wired in, where is the UK spec light? Sorry I'm being a pain but the car is stored elsewhere and I haven't been able to have a look recently Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  23. It was wired into the front fog wiring, I should probably have explained myself a bit better. With the JDM rear lights is there a place people use for the actual fog, or do people put the horrible looking fog next the plate? I can literally see a length of wiring running from the cluster to the rear light unit but it's disconnected at the light unit. It's definitely been through a number of MOTs previously with no bother about a fog so it was either a nice tester or its had a fog light previously. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  24. Hi guys, Quick question: With the JDM models how to people usually wire for a rear fog? I can see that the previous owner has at some point tried to wire in a connection from the switch pod but there's no obvious termination point for the wire and it looks to have been disconnected. The wiring on the control pod is predictably... great, so it'll obviously be redone, just curious as to how you guys recommend I do it. Cheers
