Hi all have this weird noise when going along smooth road, at first i thought it was the wheel bearings because the noise seems to go if you turn wheel and take weight of the n/s were the noise seems to be!! but they seem fine according to my machanic!! also he pointed out he can feel it through the steering wheel!!! and since he said that so can i, any body come across this. Dont let me down driving to goodwood festivel of speed soon and just going up the road to the japfest started peeing me off cheers Dave b4 any body asks 93 uk tt man:D

last sat [japfest] was the furthest i have been in the new z since i got her and i think 1 or more of the wheel bearing/s have gone in a straight line the noise is there [on n/s] if you turn to the left it go,s does this seem conclusive!! were is the best place to get other than local dealership cheers Dave :confused:

Just finished and also added new disc player! i found it easier then removal but still very fiddlely [only dropped nut twice!!] have not been out as yet due to all rear boot trim missing for 10 disc fitment so cannot comment on drivability!!!--------but the shift feels stiffer!!!!!!!!!!![is that right?] sent mine back to luke 2day so at least 1 will b available shortly cheers Dave:D

Hi Ray i got it from Luke @ the z centre for 50 squids!! took about an hour to remove [bottom nuts a real payne] and completly knackered stock knob in process you will not believe how tight it is screwed on [the thread glue didnt help!] I WILL GET BACK TO YOU ON REFITMENT TIME AS I AM JUST GOING TO DO IT cheers Dave:rolleyes: :confused:

But.......... knackered up my gear lever!!!!!!! put cloth around the lever but the leather started turning instead of lever!!!!! and ended up tearing:( has any body got any tips or no were/what the best aftermarket ones are:confused: cheers Dave [man tt]

Dare i say.................................. i have one! originaly only until i got hold of better cond rear lenses/lights but still have them and get a lot of good comments, and they do grow on you. the car is for sale because i have a phase 2 now and i would do it again if the presant rear ones were not blacked out which also looks coooooool :D :D :D :D cheers Dave

There was a uk tt man 4 sale in trowbridge last week. i went to see it with my bro nice car met grey good cond 120k lots of history. The reason he never brought was he would like to put strozec type kit on it and the seller wouldnt budge below £5800 but a nice car never the less cheers Dave :D

Got a lovely smell of petrol when driving around and stood still! [engine off] getting to like it but its no good for the wallet!!!! i know this can be a problem on these cars and have read a few threads about it but i have looked around under the bonnet and cannot see any thing that looks damp!!!!!! any help on this matter would help, as i said getting hooked on the smell!! cheers Dave :confused: :confused:

Hi Geoff just had mine painted and asked body shop to remove windows!! however after talking to Luke @ the z centre he told me you have to cut rubbers out and replace rubbers and get re-bonded so i just had trim removed.[he never mentioned breakage just expensive!!!] I would think that import same as uk though, might be wrong cheers Dave

Has any body had the 10mm nuts sheer off on the front bumper were the end of the wings are [2 each side] all mine has sheered and are causing me big problems, if you dont no what ones they are the ones you have to remove bumper winkers to get at.
