I think the thing that attracted me to it was the whole thing that you can see if you get on first then date rather than bag some attractive gal in a pub then waste a month going out with them when you have absolutley nothing in common. On the other hand i have met a couple of girls i've got on with really well then met them and they're munters lol In general i don't hang about internet dating wise i just (and this is in the past NOT while i've been with miss bantambunny :)) chat to them for a few days, arrange to meet then decide whether its worth carrying on rather than chat for months then find you've wasted your time. But definately better than having to walk up and instantly make an impression on some inebriated girl in a pub who'll probably forget who you are the next time she sees you anyway :slap:

Rough estimate to run another car: £300 Quid insurance £200 Parts and Mot £120 Quid Tax 70 miles x 5 days x 50 weeks = 17500 miles at 30mpg = 2651litres Total Petrol = £2439 per year in petrol Total Cost = £3059 per year to run another car on the commute Rough petrol estimate to run zed on the commute (based on my NA) 70 miles x 5 days x 50 weeks = 17500 miles at 19mpg = 4186litres Total Petrol = £3851 Difference in petrol is £3851-£2439 = £1412 difference So i am being a little pessimistic here but on average i get about 19 to the gallon in my NA mixture of motorway and city/roadworks but still you'll be saving yourself £792 a year by running a smaller car that distance NOTE: on a couple of trips to london i have managed 254 miles on 35 quids worth of petrol just running at a solid 60-65 on cruise control which equates to 35 to the gallon which is damn impressive for a 3 litre engine but for 70 miles expect about 19-26 mpg because day to day you will have the odd thrash and you will burn off 5 quid like that, if you're stuck in roadworks etc, it eats petrol. I only do about 100 miles a week max as i work from home so i use it as a day to day car. Plus my final thing is as a day to day car you forget just how special it is to drive hard hence i don't drive mine much so i enjoy it every time
